I am satisfied with the call I just had…

I am satisfied with the call I just had with Pooja. She gave me a runthrough the process of getting the draft ad to me and what happens after giving my approval. I am looking forward to having the shop ad live soon.

“CLASS ACTION”

SCAM!!

We are looking for other businesses who have been scammed by this “company”

We are looking to get a “class action” against this company

Direct Digital are a scam company and we have lost out on thousands of pounds as a result of being involved with them

This is not an advertisement of our business but a request for other people to join us

Zero Star Review ..

Zero Star Review ... SCAM

Zero Star Review .... DO NOT SIGN ... Experience of this Company informs to believe that all the Bad Reviews are truthful, and the 5 star Reviews are fakes. On so many Review sites. Both, Direct Digital, and Multimedia Int. Services Ltd .

Very bad experience here, like many other ppl. Thinking back. I could cry ! Never again. Trying extorting money not owed. Harassment it is. Appalling.

Have nothing to do with them. Also true, they try to stop bad reviews, that are truth.

Convicted / fined $230,000 in Australia for this very "unconscionable conduct", following customer complaints. See online report.

Report them to the Authorities for full investigation

Contract violation and unresponsive.

Straight up liars and told me I would have direct exclusivity in my rotating advertisements at a local hotel. Long behold other companies that do the same thing as me are now rotating in the ads. His counterparts tell me they cannot help. I have also not received a single referral from this ad. It's a complete waste of money. Don't get scammed into this.

An Amazing experience

The team, especially Sunam, at Direct Digital has been amazing to deal with. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed a change Sunam has been on it immediately. I love the product they designed for my digital ad and how it works

It's OK to tell the client they made a mistake.

Not such great communication with the design team. I first delivered a video outside of specs. Instead of reminding me of the specs, they took the effort to zoom in on my video to make it fit their kiosk spec, and added captions. It looked awful in the wrong aspect ratio, anyone would say so, but that's what they sent me to review. I saw immediately what I had done wrong, but their effort and our total turn-around time would have been reduced if they just said, "your video doesn't meet our spec." I went back to my video guy and we fixed it, and your design team has no extra work to do.

Quality Service

The whole process has been really quite straight forward. We sent over our logo and some images and before you know it we had a professional looking advertisement. Many thanks to all involved.

We had a very rough time creating this…

We had a very rough time creating this ad with this team. It took weeks between responses, they never cc'd me on each email as the designer working with them, and when specific feedback was given through a written email and a recorded screenshot video, it wasn't properly applied and we had to ask for the same edit multiple times. 2 stars because we finally did get to what we requested, just 2 months later...

Great Advertising From Direct Digital

Great Advertising From Direct Digital, Vinny from Customer service has professionally & quickly taken care of all my issues. Earlier was not sure if it is going to be resolved but Vinny has worked on my issue which makes me happy now. Surely Would recommend them to many more.

In the past I have dealt employees who were unprofessional in that they didn't deal with my case properly.

Excellent customer service

We had an incredibly helpful meeting with our rep and agreed upon an advert design and location to display. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the location withdrew and we were offered 2 alternate locations or a full refund. Pooja made every effort to ensure top customer service and delivered.

Professional, friendly and answered all my questions

Excellent communication

Excellent communication throughout the initial process. Brilliant when any changed needed to be made. Was only a little disappointed that I had paid for year 1 as a lump sum and then a monthly payment was still taken, this is still unresolved and awaiting a refund.

Do Not Use This Company

I feel I have been lied to by you sales person (Sam) who guaranteed my clinic business through your advertising screens only to find a tiny little screen in the back of a post office which is virtually unnoticeable.
I was also guaranteed no other laser aesthetics business would be advertising in the same place which I now know of at least one other who are.
When I tried to cancel my contract I was threatened with legal action.
Please don't use this company.

I have looked into your account and can see that you have multiple sites where you are advertising with varying screen sizes including a 6ft free standing totem. Please be advised that the length of the contract and the termination process is clear on the contract, so please refer to the contract for further clarification. I will investigate the threat of legal action, as this is not something we do, unless the circumstances require this.

Izaani was great!

Working with Izaani was awesome. She was very professional and always extremely helpful. When I had changes, she quickly understood what I wanted and was able to convey these changes accurately to the developer. I can't thank you enough for all the time you spent with me. I have had the digital screen installed…

I have had the digital screen installed for many years. It was recently upgraded.
The customer service is great. I had an issue with connectivity and an engineer was dispatched very quickly.
The content of advertising on the screen is professional and eye catching.

Great service, price and delivery

My order was placed from Dublin on the Sunday after Christmas and as promised, I received it within three days of dispatch. The delivery of my lens was constantly updated and received in perfect condition in a well packed box with the added surprise of free gift of a power bank. As I ordered from outside of UK, I did have vat to pay in my own country, but price of lens was still competitive and I would have no hesitation in reordering from them again or recommending them to others. Great service!

I offered my B&B to host a direct…

I offered my B&B to host a direct digital representative for a night in trade for an advertisement to be seen in a local hotel. Everything so far has been great, have not seen the 20 second advertisement but was asked to leave a review beforehand. I will post more once I see and have a complete experience.
