Faulty Batch excuse

I ordered an item on 12-01-26. I received an email saying it had been dispatched. That was obviously a great big lie as the following day I received another email saying -We are sorry to report that the new batch we received from the supplier is found faulty and we are sending the whole batch back.
This is a regular excuse, I've seen it on other reviews for this company.
If something seems to good to be true (the price) it usually is.

Still awaiting a refund 1 month after first request

On October 3rd I requested a refund as the airer I ordered had arrived damaged.
Originally I was sent a returns label where I was expected to pay for the return.
Then I was sent a Post Office label but the measurements of the airer were well over the maximum size the post office would except. I questioned this and was sent instructions...the instructions lead me back to the original problem, the parcel was to big! They then sent me a prepaid label. I questioned whether this would be accepted at the post office, after waiting in line at the PO for over 10 minutes I was told the parcel was too big and they couldn't accept it!
Finally they sent me an EVRI returns label/code, I took the airer to EVRI provided proof of the drop off and tracking information to Direct2publik on October 23rd and I have still NOT received my refund. October 3rd to October 23rd before I was finally given the correct paperwork to return the damaged airer! October 3rd to November 1st and I have still not received a refund!

Thank you PayPal for your 'Buyer Focused' refund policy.

If I had done 'Due Diligence' and researched this company via TrustPilot prior to order I would have steered well clear. I ordered a product that claimed to be delivered within 3 days. On the third day I tried to chase the non-despatch status of my order via phone. The published phone number rang and rang unanswered, then with further phone attempts the call was 'cut off' at their end, again unanswered. I then started my 'Due Diligence' research that started alarm bells ringing. Now retired, but worked 30 years in I.T I noticed that the website had a number of issues and looked like a 'template' website that had been configured by someone who had no idea what they were doing as 'support pages' have not been customised and still have the template text written by the website software provider. If products are listed by value then there are a huge number of different products with EXACTLY the same £29.99 price which I found very odd indeed. Then I found discrepancies in the published email addresses and found a statement that said the addresses using 'hotmail' would not be monitored [again, what Bona Fide companies use 'Hotmail' for email, this is very suspect]. The actual monitored email addresses were a third party management company [who did reply to my later mail asking for my order to be cancelled and a refund issued, but this email response was after I had raised a claim with PayPal - see below]. Fearing the worst and convinced that my £29.99 would be lost, I raised a claim for refund direct with PayPal. Now this is the interesting bit. After filling in the online PayPal claim form and clicking the 'submit' button. I instantly without any delay whatsoever got a PayPal page saying that PayPal had found in my favour and issued a £29.99 refund and my refund claim case subsequently closed. I can't be sure why such an instant refund would have been processed, but suspect that Direct2Publik are on PayPal's radar, presumably due to a high number of customer complaints and claims against them and therefore the PayPal 'Artificial Intelligence' interface found my 'case proven' and 'in my favour' without further human intervention. The £29.99 is now appearing 'as refunded' in my Bank Account. So I consider myself very lucky indeed. As a result, my new policy is to check all new potential purchase suppliers on TrustPilot prior to placing orders.

When l go on eBay this is one seller l keep away from.
direct2publik got back to me to say the 49p stays.
There is no flexibility especially when on eBay sellers are asking for "best offers".
This company deserves their low rating they are not customer-friendly beware.

Worst company EVER.

I ordered 4 boxes of cups & saucers on 17th October to be used for a beloved friend's funeral wake taking place on 30th. My order confirmation stated delivery between 22nd & 25th October. Then, on 17th October and only an hour after placing my order I received an email telling me that my order has now been (Despatched Untracked) with ParcelForce. I messaged Direct2Publik when nothing had been delivered within the given time frame and asked where is my parcel as I can't track it. I received a reply from the Direct2Publik and was told that they have been in touch with the courier who were apparently experiencing a delay in their services but they will deliver within the next 2-3 working days, he also provided me with a tracking number this time but it wasn't a ParcelForce tracking number, it was an EVRI tracking number, therefore the despatch confirmation was not truthful nor did Direct2Publik speak to anyone regarding non delivery of my parcel, the truth is Direct2Publik DID NOT despatch at all on 17th October. I decided to make contact with EVRI via their App and used the tracking number and it confirmed that they were expecting my parcel from Direct2Publik. The parcel never reached Evri, the next update on their App told me (There's an issue with your parcel. Please contact the seller). I contacted Direct2Publik AGAIN and asked for a FULL refund as they had not sent my parcel to EVRI at all. Bunch of scammers. I ended up having to order cups & saucers elsewhere having only 2 days left before the funeral and luckily received my order in 24hrs and in time for the funeral (NO THANKS TO DIRECT2PUBLIK). Steer clear people.

eBay Cheats

eBay Cheats. Reported!!
Cheats! This seller lists items on eBay (on multiple accounts, shoe_studio/shoeasylum etc with the same items which is against eBay's Duplicate listing policy). Their contact details on their listings are false (the email addresses just bounce back and the contact number is not valid either). They use Search Manipulation (by advertsing an Out of Stock option in most of their listings) to get their listings higher in search rankings. I have today reported them to eBay who agree they are breaching serveral policies and say they will take action against them! Please feel free to leave a response to explain yourselves

SO ITS NOT THE SAME COMPANY as DIRECT 2 PUBLIK (FOOTWARE) LTD registered to the same address then with the same 2 directors Wahid and kasim Najib?? Anyway eBay will be taking action, but not to worry as its not your company...!

Warehouse visit

During my recent visit to the warehouse for a purchase, I had an unpleasant encounter with an individual in the office. This person, dressed in a black jacket, displayed unprofessional behavior, lacked enthusiasm, and was unhelpful. As a result, I've made the decision to steer clear of this place in the future.

I had a reply on here 2 days ago saying that a refund had been issued on 18th April 2023, but could not find it in my paypal account.
I contacted paypal who searched and told me it was issued and cancelled on the same day and that is why i couldn't find it.
SO---I have still not had a refund. How low do these people go? I begrudge giving them even 1 star.
Hopefully they will be shamed into issuing a refund and NOT cancelling it!
