Just to say, thank you very much for organising our training. The presentation / delivery of the basic first aid course was excellent. All our staff felt the trainers did a great job, very informative, approachable, and brought a bit of fun to the course.

I regularly use Direct Action Training for my learners on the Traineeship Programme. It is fun, engaging for all types of learners and at a very reasonable cost as well! Would highly reccomend

We have used DAT for our NCS programme at Bradford City and they were amazing! We had brilliant feedback for our students who felt like they had learnt a much needed skill that could help them save a life. Communication is excellent and they are always so accommodating of dates and timings :-)

DAT are a quality first aid training provider that are highly adaptable to all your first aid needs. They have delivered our staff first aid training to ensure everyone has the accredited emergency first aid qualification. They have also delivered introduction to first aid (taster) session to our NCS participants.

We had Claire deliver first aid to 4 SEND D of E groups. The planning, delivery and booking process were all superb. Highly recommended.

Direct Action Training provided first aid training for our staff for a new project we were working on. We had very short notice for the project and they stepped in at the last minute to make sure all our staff were trained in time. They are extremely flexible and accommodating and their courses were of a very high standard.
The trainers were professional and happy to help when we asked for additional ‘on the day’ epipen training.
The admin worked seamlessly; the booking process was smooth and we received digital copies of the course certificates straight after the sessions.
Would highly recommend.

I'd already heard good things about Direct Action Training from other NCS providers so used them for our programme this Summer. Not only did they do 2 great face-to-face sessions, they also did a virtual session for a team that sadly had to isolate due to Covid.
The instructor, Kate, was very experienced and fit a lot of key information and practicals into the sessions. She also was very friendly and approachable, making the young people comfortable with asking questions.
Communication-wise they are very quick to reply and make the booking process very easy.
Will be using them again in the future and recommend them to anyone.

We used Direct Action Training to deliver a First Aid course to our NCS group who were all year 12. They were fantastic. Great organisation and delivery. The session was interactive and staff were very enthusiastic. Will definitely be booking again!

Debbie from Direct Action Training delivered the 'Basic First Aid Training' to my group of thirteen year 9 students and she was brilliant. Engaged all the students, made it fun and ensured they were all focused. Would definitely use them again.
When booking the course with Claire, the director, she was also very helpful and accommodating. Great experience all round. Definitely Recommend.

Our Year 2 children really enjoyed their session! It was well paced, and pitched perfectly for them to understand. It was interactive and hands on. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience from both our perspective as an organisation, and the perspective of young people on our programme. All around very good feedback for the session.

The course was highly detailed, the equipment used was fantastic and the presenters were highly engaging, friendly and adapted the session brilliantly around the needs of the group, and COVID-19 measures put in place under government guidelines. Staff members supporting the group were also pleasantly surprised to have also benefit from the sheer amount of detail and demonstrations throughout the session.

Excellent course and delivery considering the situation

Excellent course delivered confidently by Rebecca at Menston Cricket Club. Learned plenty of potentially valuable skills in a short space of time and would recommend anyone to take a basic first aid course.
