Ordered two pairs of Yonex Eclipsion Badminton trainers. They came in good time and were packaged fine. I returned one pair of them, which I received the returns label for & refund in good time afterwards. Would buy from Direct Sports again.

Shocking customer service, ordered 3 rackets strung to 26lbs which turned up at around 19lbs of string tension.
And have refused to refund me unless i send them back to be tested

Got a great deal on a pair of Yonex Badminton trainers, reduced from £65 to £35. Took the advice to get a half size bigger which was spot on. Paid for delivery, arrived on date promised. Absolutely no issues

Yonex power cushion cascade badminton shoes. These are very comfortable and still provide good grip and support, recommended.

Ordered Yonex nanoflare 1000 tour and had upgraded string with Aerobite at 28lbs tension.
Item arrived well packed the day after ordering.

Brilliant, good guidance on how you should buy half a size up on yonex trainers. My feet are size 10 and the 10.5 yonex badminton trainers are a perfect fit. Fast 2 day free delivery.

Very impressed from start to finish

Very disapointed I paid £5.99 for delivery but unfortunately the shoes didn’t have the carpet court soles that I expected so requested return , all went well until 7 days later I recieved the refund only to find that I had been charged a further 3.99 for the return .
I definitely won’t be buying from here again

Hi , thanks for your reply , you are right the shoes that I ordered were described as “all surface” unfortunately , apart from the soles, they look exactly like the carpet shoe , design colour etc! I confirm it was my error ordering this shoe.
My disappointment relates to the charges for delivery , particularly the return fee , none of the emails I recieved relating to my return request mentioned anything about a charge and whilst I appreciate that you say return fees are clearly defined on your website for viewing prior to ordering, my first thoughts when buying goods isn’t generally about needing to return them again

Second purchase of shuttlecocks for my 🏸 social group. Arrived earlier than initially informed. Good value for money & a genuine product. Will order again in the future.

I ordered a badminton racket and the order was dispatched less than an hour after placing the order. However, it arrived damaged and so I contacted Direct Badminton/Direct Sports and they said they would replace the racket with no hesitation. The new racket was dispatched the same day I raised the issue and it was delivered the next day.

I also chose to have the racket restrung and the stringers did a fantastic job.

I cannot fault the customer service. I will definitely be buying from this company in the future.

I had ordered the wrong size shoes and I was able to return these and replace them with the correct size at no expense, in a timely efficient and very easy manor. My new shoes were again delivered in really good time.

Purchased pair of Victor S82 badminton court shoes.
Can safely say these are the BEST shoe I have ever owned. True to size (9) feel like part of me rather than codding around the court.Would recomend,I did purchase in the sale.Great product and service.
