I called and was immediately directed to Jennie who was excellent I was not on the phone for more than 15 minutes and she had a whole plan outlined for me. This was my first time transporting my vehicle and the set up process was fast and very efficient. I'll tell you more when the vehicle is delivered. Peter D Smith

The process was very easy, simple, hasslefree and most importantly transparent.

Very bad service. I tried reaching them and only got voicemail. Never even got an email back. Very dissatisfied

Setting up the transfer was very efficient. My only stipulation was that the car be picked up between 8:30 am and 10:30 am as my son worked the night shift. I received a call this morning that a driver was going to pickup my car this afternoon. I reiterated that I wanted the car picked up between 8:30 am and 10:30 am. The car was picked up at 12:30pm and is now on the way to my home.

Jennie was the best. She was very pleasant to deal with. She explained the process fully. Very knowledgeable. And so professional. I’ll definitely deal with her the next time. And the next time I call, I’ll definitely ask for Jennie. She’s the best. John K Kingsbury

Fantastic service. Christian my agent was very professional and pleasant. My vehicle was transported without any mishaps and exactly where it was supposed to be in a very timely fashion.

Great customer service through the entire service. It wasn’t a company that gives you a quote, locks you in to get your service and then jacks the rate up on you.
They were very open about the pricing before anything was signed and whenever i had a question they were there to answer! I will definitely use them again.

Although it was not very smooth I am giving 5 stars as the agent who was handling my case, did look into my concerns immediately and even the drivers did their best to resolve the issue and my car was delivered as promised.
I recommend the company just keep patience and do reach out to your agent if you have any concerns, do not panic. They are very helpful.
