Direct Dropship 

I wish i could give it 0 stars or even negative if I could. I placed the order (number 1899) in October 2020z its jan 2021 and never heard from them . A free product was advertised and i was asked to pay 4.95 in the name if postage . But as they are cons , they stole my money in the name of postage fee and never shipped the product . Whenever i asked them about the order , they kept replying that as its a free order might take time . But hey its been more than a year. Its very clear that they are fraudsters and i would advise each and everyone to stay away from them if you dont want to get mugged . I am pretty sure that they run some malicious practices under this company name .

I have been in touch with them 6x and I keep receiving the same message. I chose to pay postage for 2 cat air humidifiers that were 'free' items. I am sick of being told to be patient! I don't believe that they are legitimate. They have not provided a tracking number or reimbursed the postage.
There is no one else to contact. You don't feel like they are a business, more like a scam!
I would not recommend anyone to lose money this way...
Just throw it down a drain...

I ordered a smart watch last October. Sent many emails to them asking when it was going to arrive, they never replied. I contacted my bank Barclays and asked them to do a charge back. They have just contacted me and given me my money back. if you have been duped by these scammers please contact your bank and get them to do the same.

I made an order on the 25th of October 2020 and still haven't received it yet. Sent several e-mails to their costumer service and I got only one answer in December saying that "freebies" take up to 40 days to arrive. Terribile, terribile, terribile. I even received the email saying that it has been shipped. After all, what do you expect from a website that gives products away "for free" and paying only 4.99 for a pair of airpods. Oh well, at least I didn't waste a lot of money. I will definitely warn all of my friends and relatives. Scammers.

I would actually have given no stars if that was possible. I purchased a freebie order, # 2461, on 10th Oct 2020 and as yet the item still has not arrived. I have emailed more than a dozen times only to receive the automated generic response telling me the shipping times to be 10-40 days......that's a laugh! Please avoid this company as they will take your money and give you nothing, you may as well go out and throw the money down a drain.

I would also like to point out that this item has still not been delivered!!!!

As at 16th June these ear buds have still not been delivered and when I email direct dropship they cannot even be bothered to respond. Ridiculous.

Didn't deliver item. Very poor communication.
Contrary to their response to me below, their email replies to me were all the same, asking me to give them more time.
Item was never delivered.

On Wednesday 21 October 2020 I ordered one 'IP67 Smart Watch Track Movement, Waterproof, Heart Rate Monitor, Blood Pressure Monitoring - Black' from Directdropship. 96 days have now passed in which I neither received the product, contrary to the companies 'shipping policy' stating it would arrive between 10-40 days, or received any update as to its status.

I have sent numerous emails to chase up its whereabouts only to be met with an automated response that states: 'Hi, Thanks for taking the time to read our email. This email only relates to orders under our freebie section. If you are looking for the status of your order please remember our Shipping Policy for Freebies is 10-40 days to arrive. Also other delays with couriers due to Covid. We track every order on our end and when your order gets to the UK you will receive a tracking number on your Order page so please be aware of this. If your email relates to something else other than the above we will reply, otherwise please use the above information as reference to your query. You will receive your Freebie and please be patient. Many Thanks'

This does nothing to resolve the issue or offer any assurances and is quite frankly condescending. I can understand the possibility of delays given the current climate, i.e. Brexit and the Coronavirus Pandemic, but to exceed the promised delivery date by double the length of time without any updates, apologies or offers of compensation is atrocious conduct and completely disrespectful to customers.

I would recommend that everyone avoid this company and take their business elsewhere to a company who respects their customers and fulfils their obligations. Trading Standards have been contacted in this case.

*** I replied to the companies response with my details, however this seems to be a bogus response. Nothing has done but I have since received the money back from my bank.

Ordered Multiple Freebies at beginning of October none have turned up. They have been Ignoring emails. And falsely flagged this review. Please do not buy!
My order number is 4835 and 4842.

Do not trust this company. They will take your money abs will not deliver your items, you then have to wait 40 days for a refund! As everybody else says it’s a scam!
