**AVOID**

**AVOID**. The post sales service from this company is shocking. I received an order which does not in any way represent the display in their showroom. I visited their showroom days ago to complain. The store cannot handle complaints. I was given an email for their area manager and told to email him. I heard nothing. Called yesterday to chase and was advised he will contact me in “due course”. It was a large order -62m squared. I had to cancel my joiner who has lost income - I cannot fit this product as it’s nothing like what was displayed. I had to cancel the collection and disposal of my old flooring and I cannot move in my flat for 22 large boxes of engineered wood. They’ve taken the sale and are not interested in resolving a dispute. They will contact in “due course”. Appalling service. Can’t understand how you can operate a business like this.

Is the company even running?

Is the company even running?? I ordered a sample over 2 weeks ago. Received an acknowledgment email on the day but haven’t received my sample. I emailed them and called them, no response! Was ready to order flooring for 50 flats but not dealing with this company anymore.

Worst company Scotland wide

This is the worst company that I have had the unpleasant pleasure to deal with.

Rude untrained staff who really need to be retrained.

No customer service skills what so ever.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

Worst company I have dealt with.

Worst company I have dealt with.

I bought flooring to the value off over £1000 with their London Road branch and a change in circumstances meant I had to cancel my order 6 days later.

I went over to the branch to do this and was told it would be a credit note as they can’t refund even although it states on the receipt you have 28 days to return.

I have refused the credit note and asked for the area mangers details which I was eventually given.

I have emailed him to explain my situation so let’s see what happens.

I will also share this through every social media website in Glasgow to make people aware of this shop.

I’ll be giving a wide berth

Well you soon find out how good a company is when you have a problem with the product they have supplied.
Unfortunately Direct Flooring is one of those companies.
I have dealt purchased flooring from Direct Flooring previously and was a returning customer.
Unfortunately I had issues with the product supplied and Direct Flooring’s area manager turned what should have been a fairly straightforward return into a nightmare.
I have now engaged Consumer Scotland and trading standards to help me negotiate a fair return of my money.
I’ll update this post with progress but I’ll certainly not be dealing with this company again.

Failed at a very basic level

Ordered online Saturday night as a click and collect order for 6 packs. No confirmation email, no order accepted email, but money taken from bank. Email received from trust pilot in minutes asking me to review Direct Flooring. I left it a day or so to see if anything came through...nope ..checked all spam folders etc nothing. Tried calling the phone number and got some voicemail saying mailbox was full....completed a " contact us" form and heard nothing back, turned up at the store 6 days after ordering ( as I had planned) and store had no record of my order and explained that they are not surprised to hear this, and it has happened before. They made 1 quick phonecall, got the order details and got me an email confirming the transaction. So store staff were good but online experience shocking!

Ordered on the 10th December still…

Ordered on the 10th December still waiting for email to say when I can collect. All i get is these emails asking for a review. Phoned your main number but no one ever answers , sent email still no response. Phoned my local shop to be told thats not a reference number, guy was abit rude unhelpful, didnt even ask for surname or anything else to help find my order . So I will have to go back onto payment site and cancel get a refund

Be careful of the small print!

Be careful of the small print!
Ordered over £500 off line flooring paid £60 for home delivery. When the company they hire to deliver turned up with the wood they said it’s road side drop off only. £60 to bring it a few miles along the road??? When I called to complain direct flooring said it’s in the SMALL print in t/c. I said bet it’s in the SMALL print, very small!
Not sure what more you want me to say?
I could have collected the wood myself & drive it a few miles along the road. Road side deliveries started in Covid, that was 6 years ago. Get a grip!
