I ordered tickets for el clasico game. Got them 9 hours before the match. Was little bit nervous coz they suppose to be delivered day before. But they kept informing me all the time how the situation was. I can reccomend

Totally unacceptable
I was sold two tickets Category 1 Silver more than a month ago and when contacting DirectFootballTickets yesterday, I was informed that everything was ok, and that I would receive my tickets today. Out of this information I have booked flights and accommodation for two persons.
Then 20 hours before the match I get a mail that tickets can not be delivered.
I will of course file a court case demanding compensation not only for the tickets, but for the flight tickets and hotel accommodation and lost working salaries - and I can only recommend others to do the same.

We got the etickets for Real Madrid vs Getafe 3 days before the match download them on the mobile with no problem and entered to the stadium with no worries.

Direct Football tickets deliver different tickets
Direct Football tickets sold me tickets for Real Madrid vs Barca match that was supposed to be together (and charge extra for this) and gave it in separate rows, then they didn't respond to my emails or phone calls.
Didn´t deliver what they charged and don´t answer to customer requests once they charge your credit card.

I booked the ticket one day before the match
I booked the ticket one day before the match and got it one hour before the match.
I was afraid not to take my ticket but they were communicating with me to make sure I will get my ticket. The ticket price was a little bit less than others.
