Stay well clear of this company!

Stay well clear of this company!
The item I purchased was an acrylic Outdoor Santa clause by Lumineo , The item was clearly not new , it arrived in an old box with no bubble wrap or any other protection.
The Evri driver left it at my front door without a signature, needless to say the product arrived smashed. Since returning the item the company have totally blanked me and do not respond to my requests for my refund.
Thankfully I paid by credit card and my bank has now taken over.
This company is a storage unit with an obsolete telephone number. I would advise everyone to stay clear of Directfromuk.
