I came across Director First on Google and reached out as I’ve been feeling the pressure with VAT, rising wages and general business costs. Chris got straight back to me and took the time to have a proper chat. He talked me through everything from VAT to bounce back loans and HMRC, and really put my mind at ease.

What I liked most was that there was no sales pitch at all – just honest advice, a listening ear and practical guidance. He didn’t have to spend that time with me, but he did, and it made a big difference.

I finished the call feeling clearer and a lot more confident about the next steps for my business. If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff and actually cares, I’d definitely recommend Chris at Director First.

After loosing a major contract and my company becoming insolvent it left no choice but for me and my business partner to liquidate the company. We had spoken to a few different insolvency companies and they had all put the fear of God into us. Upon finding director first we had spoken to a lady who past us on to Shaun, Shaun had then past us onto Chris. We was so worried and concerned that we was about to loose everything, our houses our cars the lot due to being told this by others. Chris dropped everything he had on that day to make sure that we was fine. He told us not to rush into anything, he tried to help keep the company alive which unfortunately wasn't achievable. Once we established we definitely couldn't keep the company alive chris and his team have been nothing short of amazing, he got us on calls to speak with experts in each area to answer anything we needed to help us get some peace of mind. Chris then put us in touch with a lady called Nadina, what an absolute gem this lady is, we called her 6 times in the space of 2 hours and not once did she get the hump, she just answered everything and at the end of the call always says, feel free to reach out. Chris is always in touch with us, even calling on weekends just to make sure that we are ok, asking how our family's are the lot. I really cannot thank everyone at Director First enough, I was in a dark place before speaking with them. If anyone is ever in a dark place and see no way out I cannot recommend them enough. Please don't listen to others until you have spoken to chris and his team, they have genuinely saved our homes and our family's and for that I will be forever grateful 🙏

After watching their YouTube videos, I arranged a call with Chris. He was very friendly and reassuring, offering advice that felt genuinely tailored to my situation. I could tell it was personalised and not generic guidance. I’ll definitely be recommending them.

Directors First will be the best decision you ever make. I used the company to decide on and carry out a voluntary liquidation for my company. Great people to work with . Shaun helped massively to get me past all of the worry and stress of facing up to my well established business had failed and was spiralling further into debt and eating a massive hole into my personal savings to try and stay afloat.
Picking the phone up to these guys was probably the best thing I done whilst going through a really tough time .
