Fantastic customer service, responsive and replaced my glasses very quickly. I would 100% recommend them. Great service and value for money.
Good price for re-glazing, reasonable quality lenses but totally spoiled by having both lenses covered in greasy fingerprints. So the first thing I had to do with my brand new glasses was to clean them! Shame to let down an otherwise good service over a small detail like this.
the specs was too big
the vision was not clear.
delivery system was bad.
I have been a regular customer and they continue to be helpful and produce good results.
Absolute trash. Completley the wrong prescription in the lenses. Had to bin them straight away.

My sunglasses which were great, after 12 months came up with issues in the reactolite lenses, because I was out of their warranty periods they didn't want to know . My glasses in my opinion are not fit for purpose and should be sold as sunglasses but they only last 12 months message on them. The lenses they use have a manufacturing defect in them which Direct Sight fail to see, they are blind to it.
Terrible company. I ordered a pair of simple lenses with no coatings, meant to be dispatched on the 9th september and still nothing. There has been no communication via email despite me emailing them, the live chat on their website does not work and their phone lines are always down. Impossible to communicate with them. I will be issuing a chargeback. Avoid this company for glasses.

My order took 6 weeks to arrive, there was no communication and I had to change the frames I originally wanted because the frames were out of stock.
If you look at the reviews for this company, especially sorted by most recent you’ll see a lot of people complaining about glasses not turning up on time, poor customer service et cetera. This is what happened to me. I sent two glasses for reglazing.
One pair came back Within a week but they had someone else’s details and prescription in them. Sent an email and got a prompt response and sent them back to be redone. They eventually came back three weeks later. I sent a second pair at the same time, and they came back separately about three or four weeks later , although I got a prompt response initially, I got no response when I followed up as to the status of my order. So this company is very hit and miss but they are cheap ( half the price of others for reglazing I found). I wanted my glasses for a holiday, but they took a long time to come , however they did come eventually. There is a phone number, but I found it was cut off on most occasions. I suspect many of the people complaining here did eventually get their glasses although much much later than advertised - a classic case of you pay for what you get, they are probably fine for cheap glasses but avoid for reglazing and expect a very slow or no response for any customer service issues, pay less and take your chance - personally for similar services I’ve used spex4less who are quick and do prompt refunds if I’ve had to send any back. Their reglazing is twice the price but less delay and good service
Glasses arrived. Good quality. Good price. Communication could be better - they have a phone number listed on the site that seems always unavailable. They have a "chat" button that does nothing. They did respond to my e-mail though. My glasses were a bit delayed. If they could give a better communication/order tracking facility I would give 5 stars.
I have been using Diriect Sight for some years and always had good service from them until now. The last order was delayed and I became concerned when I was unable to contact them, The chat line did not respond and the phone message was always "temporarily unavailable" I did eventually get a reply by email regretting the delay and offering me a voucher for my next order.
I evetually received the order nearly 3 weeks after it was placed.
I had to contact you twice for my order progress. Order took too long. I should have been advised by Direct Sight not the other way round. Received an apologetic email after my contact.
Paid a premium for next day, but apparently the machine broke down. They only part refunded the amount I paid for the expedited process, and despite me asking whether I would recieve them by a certain date I received no reply whatsoever. Poor communication and the glasses themselves are not the best quality.

Terrible company to deal with. No communication regarding delay in dispatch. Over 25 minutes on hold to actually speak to anyone. Avoid.

Delivery took ages and communication was poor. I only found out my order was going to be delayed because I emailed them. They had an issue with their production line but didn't communicate this to me themselves.
AVOID. Ordered and paid for next day delivery, not delivered yet and it’s five (calendar) days later. Unable to contact on phone, it answers and immediately drops the call. Emails not answered, chat does not work. I no longer need the glasses but have no hope of getting a refund or even a response from Direct Sight.
UPDATE: They have responded to my cancellation request very quickly.
