A great fitting team of Jordan and Simon. They were very hardworking, very professional, very polite and with a great sense of humour. Their timekeeping was excellent and they left the site clean and tidy.

Very pleased with the job that Direct SolarCare have done on the installation of the Pest Protection Mesh around my solar panels. Throughout the whole process the team (Marrisa, Jordon and Luke) were friendly, helpful and professional. Very good explanations and good price. Would highly recommend Direct SolarCare to others who are having issues with pigeons under their solar panels.

I struggled to get any useful response from several pest control companies until I contacted Direct Solar Care web site. I got a prompt call back, they asked lots of questions to understand my pigeon problem and booked a team in to come round within a few days to clean up the mess and attach a guard round my panels. The 3 man team arrived on time, were very polite and told me clearly what they were going to do. Overall great job and would recommend them.

Fantastic service recieved today from Direct Solar Care. Very quick at resolving my pidgeon problem.Would recomend to anybody having a problem with pidgeons nesting under solar panels. 2 very polite young men removed nest and erected pidgeon proofing around my solar panels. Looking forward to be able to sleep again as the pidgeons were very noisey and making a mess on the roof. Thankyou to all at Direct Solar Care

Came out with a ladder and no tools for solar panels so couldn’t get rid of birds nesting underneath. Came back 2nd time, only a ladder again but this time we were told all birds were out.( Haven’t seen any photographic evidence yet) mesh was put round and they left. Two days later a dove got back underneath the panels and another was caught in the mesh. Men came out that afternoon and released both of them.( still no photos) However same thing happened week later, this time we were told that no one could come until 10 days later and if we got someone else to do it our guarantee would be void.
The Dove died on our roof! We still have no photographic evidence and we still have birds on our roof walking around the mesh and sitting on and around the panels.

Absolute joke of a company. They take your money and leave you in a mess.

Absolutely great company. Steve the Manager came along to my property very friendly. The company are very efficient my appointment was for 2pm they came early which was great .First class job on panels. No more birds. Steve told me that they will be back in 2 weeks to clean panels and guttering.

Extremely pleased with both quality of installation and the professionalism demonstrated by Reece and Johno the installers. Given previous experience of all things solar panel related my wife and I were rather apprehensive as to what we could expect. However, our fears were groundless as everything as described by Steve during pre-installation discussions was delivered.
The guards themselves were cut to size on site which ensured once installed there were no gaps with all joins fastened tightly. Sufficient width of mesh was allowed to ensure a generous fold over the roof tiles thereby ensuring even the most determined pigeon will be prevented from returning.
Having elected for the cleaning package again we are very pleased. A soft water washer was used with soft brush to scrub the panels clean. Once washed the panels appeared as new which can only enhance efficiency of solar generation.
All gutters were cleared of debris.
Finally the review would not be complete without commending the installers Reece and Johno. Both were extremely polite and conducted themselves in a manner befitting that required at a family residence. Without doubt both are an absolute credit to Direct Solar Care. Questions were readily answered with clear explanation regardless of how basic they may appear.
It is without question my wife and I would recommend the services of Direct Solar Care to anyone with a solar panel installation. Further we have absolute confidence that should a problem arise with the guards at some point in the future the guarantee will be honoured without question.
