I thought I would’ve learnt by now not to trust people that knock on your door but I did they quoted me 400 at first then it came down to 300.

Please do not have them do any work for you they steam cleaned the drive and wrecked all the border of my grass and the stuff they put on after it’s in a small blue spray can which just forms up absolutely rubbish.

Con artists! Trying to see how I can take legal action against this disgusting company. They guaranteed weeds wouldn’t appear in my drive way and if there was regrowth they would immediately fix it. I have been ringing and texting them on a near daily basis. They refuse to fix the problem. To be honest they seem very very dodgy and better off staying well clear of them.

These people turned up on our drive offering to steam clean it, put a weed retardant treatment on, give us a guarantee and all for the bargain price of £400.
The drive was grubby and there were weeds coming through the block paving. They said that they had done a lot of work locally and this was a ‘special price’.
From a cleaning point of view they did a good job, although they don’t re-sand the paving. However, they take no care with planting and my borders were absolutely decimated. I had to replant some geraniums that were quite literally blown out of the soil! They were also left filthy dirty. We paid them, well Jason who appears to be the leader of the pack, in cash but he failed to give us a receipt which also acts as a guarantee for the work. This drive cleaning was done on 16 July and although I have texted him time and time again he simply ignores me. All I want is a receipt for the £400 and the associated guarantee as actually weeds are now starting to come through again and their
‘Promise’ is that the treatment that they put on stops this. Am I disappointed? Yes I am. Would I recommend them? No, I wouldn’t. Had they protected my plants and given me a receipt then maybe I would but as they have simply not responded to a simple request for a receipt, it makes me wonder about their honesty and their integrity. Incidentally, their leaflet claims that they ‘use their own water’ they didn’t they used ours and the drive is not steam cleaned it is pressure washed using a very high pressure hose. There was no heat and no steam in sight! So when you read this Jason, please send me my receipt.

Can't say much for the service itself, but there is absolutely no excuse for littering. Employees need to know that when they're in a vehicle badged up with the company name, they are representing that company, and blatantly throwing rubbish out of the window does not paint the company in a good light. I seriously hope more care and attention is given to their work, but I would not employ anyone who shows a complete lack of regard for the environment, or whoever has to clean up after them.
