Placed an order, it was dleivered to my doorstep, I wasnt at home, parcel gone when I arrived home from work.
Customer services have been very unhelpful.

Received within about 8 days which is understandable considering it ships from the USA. Read some bad reviews so decided to buy one syringe of whitening gel instead of 3 that I originally wanted just to see if it arrived. Arrived well packaged, and the tracking info was pretty good, so all in all, I’ve got no complaints at all. Would use again.

Considering it comes from the USA it doesn't take long to arrive. Customer service is great too and they seem really friendly and helpful. The products are good, ive purchased twice now, and they're better than what you get here in the UK. Polanight gel and the CREST strips are my go to's now.

I placed an order today and after receiving no confirmation email, I panicked and reached out to the team. Jason responded super quickly and was able to find that it was my error and I had entered the wrong email address. He moved everything over to my preferred email address without any hassle. As I am due getting married in a couple of weeks, he also promised to get it dispatched immediately for me. Great customer service all round. Would highly recommend! Thank you.
