Booked a hire through messenger for my sons wedding Friday the 7th April 23 12.30 pick up never appeared when I phoned they say I didn't have a booking then cut me off nearly missed my sons wedding contacted them to find out what happened no reply and no apology would certainly not recommend this company to anybody stay away at all costs won't even answer youre legitimate complaint
Had booked this company to take us to airport at 2 am last Sunday morning.
Tried getting in touch with them the day before and eventually they replied saying that our booking was confirmed
Never turned up
Tried calling them several times but no answer
Managed to get a taxi from another company that could take the four of us to the airport and got there at the last minute
Very stressfull and expensive

Great service, we used Direct Travel for an airport transfer. everything went like clockwork, far less hassle than driving through and parking. And probably cheaper too.
I would definitely use Direct Travel again...... the service is 100% professional.

Bad experience. Was all planned for 8seater to take myself & bridesmaids to our wedding with ribbons agreed for the van. A "van" turns up but it's only got 4spaces in it, wasn't the cleanest, no ribbons, no knowledge of us being bridal party. Tried calling & messaging RE this but no answer until 27hrs later.
I received a refund around 6days later, but that doesnt make up for the shambles of how they ruined the start of my wedding.
Used direct travel falkirk twice now. On both occasions they arrived on time for our pick up. Friendly staff and excellent prices
