Do not use,falsified my information, seeked legal advise,they settled out if court.my financial advisor has disappeared, no notification of this until I made a call and was advised he had disappeared and my money put in holding fund. Lost a lot of money through this company.
No to be told I'm paying £15 per month to another company the platform company. I have rang and ranked and left voice mail for someone to contact me no one ever does. Can't wait to get my money from whoever has it , then to be told need to get another financial advisor which incurs cost to myself. To get my retirement funds.
Wish i has stayed with Scottish widows who made me money not loose it,investing at hight risk, when I wanted low risk. Not a happy customer to say the least..

don't know where they got my number from. when I answered they put the phone down.

Asked these people back in September 22 to trace old pensions. It’s now March 23 and not a word. Was told it takes about 10 weeks. Josh promised me from start it’s a simple process. Avoid at all costs

I'm not interested,what they got to say I keep getting calls dont answer them not due to retire yet

They don’t get back to you. I gave them authority to contact all my pension providers 4 months ago. Not heard a thing. Asked for a call back . NOTHING! Avoid at all costs.

I was advised by this company to move my pension as they assured me their costs where lower and that they could invest in to grow quicker than my previous pension provider. 10 months later not only is this pension doing a lot worse than my previous pension provider it has now lost 20% of its value when none of my other pensions have lost anywhere near this %.
I made a formal complaint as you can guess it was found they've done nothing wrong.

I will be moving my pension away from this company.

I have lodged a formal complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service and leave them to deal with it.

Been looking in to my pensions for last 2months told would get a call / email never herd back from them they have all my details etc and will not even answer an email and I’m now worried this could be a scam as can’t even email me back sorry but feel let down

Excellent service my consultant was Marcus Cutts and he was very good at his job he was patient i would ask questions several times to make sure I understand at no point did he get frustrated at me he explained thins very well I would recommend that people use this service
