Highly recommend DirectWigs of Swindon
I highly recommend buying from DirectWigs, the photos online are pretty accurate in style and colour, and it is very easy to order. They keep you up to date and the wigs are of good quality and fairly priced. I bought a tressallure wig, styled razor cut and it is fab, very pleased. Thank you .

Excellent service. Kerry is very helpful and her emails are always thoughtful and kind. If there are any stock issues she lets me know, I feel supported and cared for by her and the whole business. If there are any problems I know they will be sorted out, and the reward scheme is good too.

Ive since spoken to customer service in regard to placing a further order for another wig and was given advice on how to adjust and care for wigs when I mentioned I'm new to wigs. Really lovely thing to do. Would highly recommend this company.

My new Ellen Wille wig
This is the first time I have used Direct Wigs. The service they provide is very good and I am very pleased with how everything went. Having alopecia is not great but there are so many lovely wigs on the site. I chose the Dublin Ellen Wille wig which I love. It is really lightweight and easy to wear. I will definitely use Direct Wigs again when I purchase my next wig.

Amazing Wigs…
Have purchased many wigs from this company and have been delighted with them - all Amore Erin wigs in frosty blond. I have received many compliments such as 'where do you get your hair cut, or where do you get it coloured'. It is incredibly realistic and so easy to manage. Kerry has been amazing and friendly and so helpful. Will be making another purchase in the new year.

Thank you for you review. However I must point out that we do not re-sell returned wigs, instead we send them back to suppliers for hygienic re-processing. We may have to follow other suppliers by charging re-stocking fees for returns as the cost of returns to us has increased enormously (carriage, import and export costs, etc.) over recent months, so it is in everyone's interest to limit the number of wigs to try.

Excellent customer service!
I was nervous about buying a wig as I've previously bought them and had to return them. The service I received from Direct Wigs was excellent, really friendly customer service, very helpful advice on size and colour. An added bonus is they offer a VAT free price if you're buying a wig for medical reasons. I will definitely use them again, thank you!
