When it comes to quality, we understand that perceptions can be highly personal and subjective. What one person finds exceptional, another may not connect with in the same way—especially with materials like silk or specific tailoring choices that carry their own character.

That said, we’d love to share a bit about what goes into your tie, so there’s clarity on the craftsmanship behind it. The tie you received is made from 100% made in Italy RepSilk, known for its durability and rich texture. It’s finished using a cravatteria technique, which gives the surface a more robust, structured feel—something that might come across as “rigid” to some, but is in fact a deliberate and respected construction approach in traditional tie-making. The tie is also handmade.

Inside, the tie is lined with a premium wool and canvas interlining—widely considered top-tier in terms of structure and drape. On paper and in practice, it’s difficult to find a tie that sits at a higher level of craftsmanship and material selection than what you received.

Hi Fahad.. thank you so much for your feedback.. we appreciate your support and your words.. we are aware of the issue wit our new packaging and we are working very hard to get some new boxes made as we speak.. I just wish that suppliers were as fast as we are in delivering their service and products.. I apologise for the inconvenience.
