I bought a part for my brothers Corvette.
We paid 124.50 they sent me a confirmation email and told me to track it with the app shop.2 days later we still didn't get a tracking number.we paid for it 7/25/25.the store was called Stacy Campbell store and said it was ordered from hinmanangivalos.cloud
Now when I look it tells me that the store is non existing.

did not receive order. no contact number or email for company. scam, scam, scam.

Be warned do not buy from this company. I ordered size 13 & they sent me size 12. I complained & they told me to return them to China at my expense even though it was their mistake. Thrir reviews on FB are fake & if you leave a negative review they delete it.
I am taking this up with my credit card company.

Rubbish company nothing arrived yet tracker site says it has been delivered. Track 17 Don’t use this site or its ads. They show no trader responsibility towards the customer.

Ordered a pair of shoes from this cowboy company.
Waited days for delivery no shoes arrived. Emailed them to find out where they were.
Eventually go a tracking number
IN CHINA.
Heaven knows when they will arrive.
Can't think for the life of me they are the genuine item I ordered if made in China.
Next step will be TRADING STANDARDS.

ordered a pair of shoes in sale ,,,got them i 6 days absoulute rubbish ... thin not fit for pourpose and dont fit ., should have read reviews first ,,... cant be bothered to try to complian as no one else gets any redress.

I ordered a pair of shoes and received a pair of cheap slippers. After emails to the company they offered to return 20% of my money if I returned the goods to China!, and no shoes for me.What a rip off.Have nothing to do with this company, they are rip off merchants.

I ordered 3 Charlotte tilbury sets on the 1st of September and 6 weeks later I still haven’t received them iv emailed the company and they’ve said it’s been sent iv tracked the tracking number they gave me but it’s registered to a different person with a totally different address iv also spoken to our Royal mail sorting office and the only item they’ve received for that tracking number was an item of clothing for the person it was delivered to and not my name or address, Discount shop have duplicated the tracking number and no- one seems to know where my order actually is iv even sent proof of the item that was delivered to this other person with the same tracking number with her name and address on it so they know that my parcel hasn’t arrived to me yet. They’ve told me to wait another week and that week is up tomorrow if I don’t get a response from them tomorrow to let me know what’s happening with my order I’m just going to have to request a full refund as 6 weeks is a long time to wait on a parcel especially as they say shipping within 24 hours and delivery in 10/14 days to the uk.

I'm very pleased with the product that I received. The company is also trust-worthy and honest which is very important. When my shipment was delayed, I received a full refund of my payment, even though the shipment was on the way. I received my shipment a month after I got the refund, I was able to track the progress of the shipment and in the end, I got what I wanted, even though it was late. I transferred the money back and wish them the best of luck. I understand that delays happen especially during COVID-19, but the way Discount-shop.nl handled this was very professional and honest and I really appreciate it.
