This company is a joke no one answers the phone, emails or even the bot on there web site. I have been trying to contact them since the 7th April every day the same no one answers the phone due to high volume of calls even in at 2am in the morning its the same message. they have changed the look of there web page and are happy to take your money but they will not respond to you in any form I had bought a Table Tennis Table it was in stock now its out of stock what a coincidence Please if you read this stay away from this company I don't know how this can be a legitimate company I Checked it on Company House web site

I ordered a treadmill but cancelled the order and they said they refunded me but it’s been almost 3 months and still not got my £260 refund! Only reply was from someone on WhatsApp telling me not to be paranoid!!! And that they aren’t holding the funds - will be taking this to court

Absolute joke! I got a treadmil 3 weeks ago after a few days it stopped working and came up with an error message. I emailed them from the email address on website which bounced back and the number on their website doesn't ring. I message thru fb and after few more days I got a response sayin they would collect on 4th Feb. I waited in all day and nobody came. Not answering my messages. I'm stuck with a £300 treadmil which doesn't work! I am livid! Disgusting what they have done! Totally robbed! I don't know how a company can do this to people who work hard to buy these things. I will be taking this further.

UPDATE: SO SINCE THEN I HAVE SPOKEN TO SAQIB WHO IS A DIRECTOR OF THIS "COMPANY" WHO SAID HE WAS COMING TO PICK UP ON 17/02/2023 AROUND 8PM. TRIED TO CALL HIM THAT DAY TO CHECK, NO ANSWER. STAYED IN ALL NIGHT AND SURPRISE SURPRISE NOBODY CAME. THIS IS 3RD TIME NOW AND AGAIN NOT ANSWERING TO ME. EMAIL GETS BOUNCED BACK AND THE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE DOESNT WORK. THIS HAS CAUSED ME SO MUCH STRESS! AND IM DOWN £300 !!

No delivery and still asking for the refund.

Keep gave you excuses for not delivery the stuff and refund.
