Appalling customer service……..
I registered for a Deliveroo voucher with my AO purchase. The voucher link arrived, but when I tried to redeem the voucher the link was broken. I informed Metro Discount Codes and they replied to my emails at first but now they have ignored my last 10 emails and I have no voucher and no explanation as to why I have no voucher.

Resolved - Still Waiting For Offer After 7 Months
Be wary when using some of their discount codes. I completed an offer to spend over £200 on Wayfair and I would receive a £40 Amazon voucher 4 months later. It is now 7 months and I have received nothing. I have contacted their customer service team by email 4 times and still have not had a response. This has now been resolved and I have received the voucher.
