Very good
Ordered from Discount Coffee several times now and always had a great experience. Extremely good quality coffee beans for the price and delivery is usually reliable. Once had an issue with slow delivery but their customer service team were very helpful, despite it being the courier's fault. Will continue to shop with them for my coffee fix - in fact, just placed another order now :)

Blue Mountain Coffee?
I bought Blue Mountain Coffee, which had a misleading picture with a Jamaican flag. It transpired to be a mix with Kenyan coffee.The small print does suggest this, but you would need to really scrutinise to notice.
To be honest the coffee is nice, but i think that you could easily be mislead.

Hi there, thank you for your review we are sorry you have been disappointed by the blue mountain. We have been very clear in informing customers of the fact it is from Kenya as is mentioned in the first line of the product description. As the coffee is a blend it also includes some beans from Jamaican Blue Mountain in it. This coffee is a mix of both. We have also changed the picture to show this as well. The price of the coffee also reflects a blend of both Kenyan and Jamaican Blue Mountain as it is much cheaper than single origin Jamaican Blue Mountain which retails for more than double the price. Our Peaberry coffee is from Hawaii and if stated otherwise then this is an error which will be sorted.
We do not wish to scam anyone that is why we are as clear as can be about the difference with the Blue Mountain and do not charge Jamaican Blue Mountain prices. The lower cost bag reflects the fact it's a blend of both Jamaican and Kenyan.

The reason I gave a one star is they offered a promotion and when i ordered they forgot to sent the advertised promotion and when I contacted them all I got was sorry when you place another order and remind them they will send the promotion.

I definitely recommend this company to anyone!
I suppose the real test on client friendliness is when things go wrong, and DiscountCoffee performed excellently, far better than most online companies. I am very happy with this company, and will certainly continue to shop there.
Here is the full story: I live in the Netherlands, and all my previous orders arrived very fast (within 3-4 days) and all went perfect. This last time DPD (delivery service) said they could not deliver my package and sent it back to DiscountCoffee (in the UK). DiscountCoffee immediately contacted me to ask me for an alternative address, and promptly sent my package again to the Netherlands, which arrived only two days later in perfect condition.
