Beautiful Dress
My dress looked exactly like the picture. As sizes can vary, especially when determining S, M, or L, I highly recommend using the sizing chart available on the web site. I compared my measurements to the chart to ensure a proper fit, and it was perfect. My only recommendation would be for the company to state how tall the models are. I am 5'4" and the dress is a little longer than what I expected, so I will be having it hemmed, but this is a common problem for me. The dress is beautiful!

When I placed my order I got an immediate reply that the company was out of stock but would have my choice in three weeks. Then gave me options for that order. Also the representative asked me to check my measurements, so that I would get the proper fit since I was able to wait for the arrival. Dress delivered in less than two weeks! Wonderful service! Wonderful fit!

Dress was beautiful despite the fact that it did not fit.. I’m not a fan of ordering clothes online and I probably will not be doing so anymore.. The exchange policy basically does not allow you to try on the dress to make sure it fits because then there will be “signs of wear” I couldn’t find this dress in stores which is why I ordered online and the dresses I tried in store where all the size of the one I ordered .. Anyway it was a learning experience that I had to learn the hard and expensive way.. The staff was polite, but the timeliness of the responses were not very good .. Tried the live chat and got no response for like 30 minutes, called the company many times and the phone would ring but no answer except one time.. E-mail was the best way to communicate but to not expect to here back right away.Again the staff was polite and the shipping process is smooth.. but because of the exchange policy, unless you have tried on the EXACT dress in a store I would not reccomend ordering from this company

We received our order when they said that we would. Despite trying the dress on in store, where it fit perfectly, and using the guide with measurements for fit, the dress we received was way too big. I think that it was sized incorrectly. Discount Dress Shop was unable to rectify the situation.
