Overall, great service, both times; however, the last time, the driver didn't come to the door or make any effort to communicate with my son when there was a confusion about the availability of a spot to leave the dumpster. This delayed the delivery. Just getting out of the truck and communicating would have handled that. Besides that, great, speedy service!

Dumpster arrived as directed on time, the driver was very professional and personable. He gave good instructions and told us what was allowed and what was not. He told us not.

No hidden fees.
Everything worked as stated over the phone. No surprise fees, and no issues at all. I simply scheduled the dumpster, paid the quoted amount, they dropped it off on time, and picked it up on time. I plan to use them on the next flip.

Cost me more than getting it myself
They charged me $24.50 more for the same dumpster I could have called and got it myself. They said they would refund me the difference and never heard anything back from them.

Delivered and pick up on time. Driver set the dumpster exactly where it was needed. Great service. Less expensive then the WM. Neighbors have used them at least 3 times for a remodel. Highly recommended.

I’ve been impressed in the past…
Usually I’ve been really impressed with the service. This time, they came to pick up the dumpster after previously telling me the driver would let me know when on his way and then also not calling when getting there so that I could have cars moved. Instead they tried to talk to people who didn’t have any part in renting the dumpster. I was then told I’d be charged a trip charge. When I disputed the validity of incurring the cost I was told I’d be called back. I was called back and they left a message. I called in return within the same day and left a message. I never got a return call. Instead I got an email saying I would be charged a trip fee a week or so later. None of that seems like good business to me.

Arrived on time. Place the dumpster exactly where we asked. Super friendly driver. Good price. They also let us know exactly what could and could not go into the dumpster ahead of time.
