The dumpster was delivered on time, placed in the agreed spot and removed as agreed. The dumpster was in good condition and therefore, not an eyesore to our new neighbors. The 10 rental is more that most offer and it is exactly what one needs! There were no surprise overage charges so all in all, a perfect experience.

Doing rehab projects we have gotten rentals here a number of times, even for personal use and recommended to friends. First few times was ok and then overage charges started. The first time we understood then weeks later another overage charge for the same dumpster. Weird right?

This project we started out ok, then after the second or third replacement it went downhill. We kept getting pushed off because of permit dates. We were scheduled for a Friday delivery because we would not have a permit until Thursday. Lo and behold a dumpster arrives on Thursday, still without a permit. We were charged a dry run fee and refused a refund because your rep said "I am in no way wrong about this". Best part is that the rep sent the recorded call back and confirmed the drop off date but I guess he scheduled it for the wrong day. We asked to have our payment method removed from file and to authorize all payments to avoid this. Still nope. Charged fees again without asking for authorization. Promised call backs from management. Apparently there is no management above the sales rep and the owners are not customer facing. Will never use this again. After a dozen dumpsters we will just pay a higher rate elsewhere that people know how to at least handle their jobs and behave properly. This is just a company who acts like the middle man for dumpster rental. I would highly recommend going straight to the waste management and don’t worry about giving them a call. It’s a hassle and you end up paying more with crazy fees.

My first time renting a roll off dumpster and everything was great. Delivery and pick up on time and cost much less than everyone else. If I ever need another dumpster I will definitely use Discount Dumpster.

I bought a dumpster with a permit and they brought just a dumpster and took it back after 3 days with no refund because the inspectorn said it was too big for city limits. These guys have no idea what theyre doing they just want to make a quick buck.

Very easy from beginning to end. Office people provided clear, straightforward on the telephone, fellow who delivered the dumpster on time without event and retrieved the full dumpster promptly.

I recommend highly.
