Discount Dumpster was easy to book and they were great to work with. We had a few changes come up with our schedule and their customer service was great! I would highly recommend them for your dumpster needs.

This place was awesome they brought the dumpster on the day they said. They left the dumpster for a week gave me time to get everything gone

They charged me for a a trip charge and I was not ready for pickup. So I ended up paying close to 500 for the dumpster. The second one they brought they never even called me they just picked it up and it was half full. I would have paid the 15 bucks a day. They wanted another 150 and the 15 a day. This company is not local nor do they even own a dumpster. They know how to get more money from people ......

The scheduler was fantastic to work with. The dumpster came on time, and was picked up early as requested. The price was great! We will definitely use this company again.

I was doing work for my mother and I live 230 miles from her. I found Discount Dumpster online. I called for a quote for a 10 day rental. I was quoted $299.00. I told him to proceed. I gave him the delivery address and he looked on Google Earth to determine that the dumpster would fit in the driveway. When I received the invoice online it was actually $359.00. I was told they forgot to charge for the extra 4 days. I reminded him that was not what he quoted he offered me $15.00 off for the holiday they would not be able to pickup on anyway. I told him to proceed with the scheduled delivery on Thursday. I scheduled a demolition crew to be there Thursday evening to begin the tear-out. When they got there do dumpster was on-site. I had to send them home. This put me behind from the get go. I called the next morning and they did not have an explanation as to why the problem happened. They did credit me $15 for the day I did have the rental but no further compensation for my crew that arrived and had to be sent home. They did not ultimately have the dumpster I ordered so they upgraded me. Now the dumpster would not fit in the driveway and was parked in front of the neighbors house. The neighbors were cool about it. They were scheduled to pick it up on Tuesday. Tuesday night my mother called and let me know the dumpster was still there. I called Wednesday morning and asked when they planned to pick the dumpster up. Again, they had no reasonable explanation as to why it was not picked up as scheduled. They did get it picked up on Wednesday. In conclusion, it was just a dumpster. I was able to use it. It eventually got delivered and picked up. The price was more than quoted but not crazy. I would not really recommend but they were not the worst either.

Everything was fin except the pick up date was two days late
