I purchased 4 Michelin tires $1170.00. @7k on tire had bobble
Not cover by warranty.

Ordered tires estimated delivery date was 10/28. 10/27 at 4pm I get a call confirming my order. Was told they don’t give a delivery date on the website. And my order would ship that day and be there in 2-3 days. 10/30 still no shipping notification from FedEx like they said I would get. Called again to learn my order had been put on hold for questioning delivery date. They refused to ship tires and “cancelled” my order. I then went on the website again and looked up the tires and the new estimated delivery date and asked if that was a correct delivery date. The guy said absolutely. Even tho they denied the website stated a delivery date in the first place and cancelled my order……. Hopefully my money comes back.

Ordered a tire from this company and needed it fast as I was driving around on my spare and getting ready for a road trip. They told me to Zelle me the money then said they would not be able to deliver th3ctire for a week. So I said cancel my order and refund me the money. Well you guessed it. I haven’t received a refund and calls and text go unanswered. Now I’m checking the reviews and I see that it’s doubtful I’ll get my money back from the crooked business. I should have know when they said to Zelle the money to them it was a scam. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

River was very helpful with the process of ordering rims. Provided me with all answers to my questions. Shipped product promptly with tracking available. Definitely will shop again!

Ordered 4 tires - only 3 came and they claim fed-ex lost one of them. BUYER BEWARE this seller is nothing but a shady scam and should not be trusted ! buy you tires ANYWHERE else as with these clowns you are just donating your money. I am disputing the charges as i used paypal so we will see how that goes. So disgusted with these people and the runaround circus they give you. They should be charged criminally as the 3 tires i did receive are 2nd rate soft rubber compound garbage and not what i ordered.

Sounds like a scam. I paid by credit card, they said it is on hold and try to get payment with zelle.. lol

Ethan was a great help to me. I received the wrong tires. I searched the correct tire but for some reason the wrong tire was put in the queue and shipped. Before Ethan got involved I was going to return the tires and never use Discount Wheel Warehouse ever again, because my original contact did not want to hear anything I had to say. Ethan took my information and forwarded it to the correct department which found there was a problem the website. He sent me the return labels and I shipped out the tires today. Mistakes happen but the customer service from Ethan has restored my confidence in Discount Wheel Warehouse. Not only have I tell my friends about this experience I will be purchasing tires for my GMC Sierra in the next three months and definitely will consider you all for the purchase. Ethan is an asset to your organization and I look forward to purchasing other items from Discount Wheel Warehouse in the future if the prices are competitive.

Horrible experience, spent $1400 on new tires and never received. No assistance for these fools.

So I purchased a set of four tires from Discount Wheel Wearhouse and they did come in a timely manner so took them to les schwab to install on new wheel. The tec pointed out that the tires are concave on all four tires. I contacted the company and they wanted me to send them more pictures said they don't see a problem so I sent them more pics by this time all my nipples are gone on the out side of my tires and the middle is still there so it is obvious that they are defective. It takes they guys another week to respond back just to tell me that I need to have my tired dismounted and sent back to manufacturer for evaluation on my expense then if they are defective they will refund me the money for the tires. They do not want to honor there 30 day policy, and tring to get threw to these people you have to say your buying tires if not I have waited on hold for about an hour on different occasions and then just hung up on but they will answer if your ordering new stuff. Kinda funny right, also B.B.B has tried to contact them and they will not respond. Just kinda shows they know they are doing wrong.

Awful company! I ordered a tire from them online... website says 1 day shipping for my area, that's why I ordered it from them, I needed it fast....
Well, I waited and waited, no email, no call, no communication AND no tire...where is my tire?
I tried email, nope! no response...
So I called... finally... after about an hour on hold and transferred to 4 different people and 3 departments... they inform my that they don't have it in stock, it's on backorder, and they don't when they will get it... 4-6 MONTHS or longer!!!! Hey that would have been good information to have!!

Ordered a set of tires, they upcharged me for a more expensive set and then stole my money. Two weeks, no shipping and no response to multiple inquiries asking for updates and a refund. This is a criminal organization.

This company is pure garbage. Once they sell you the wrong product they have NO customer service. This place is populated with lying human debris that has no problem ripping you off. They sent me the wrong rims after I get 3 internal emails about their order progress before their arrival. They sent the lugnuts from a different part of the country so getting your wheels in 4 days means nothing if you have no lugnuts. Their customer service is non existent. DO NOT give these people any business at all. You will be highly disappointed and angry. They operate just this side of criminality and fully inside ZERO integrity. The BBB is my next stop. LOSERS.

Horrible company with lying customer service! Placed an order a month ago and never got it. Waited 3 weeks to get a tracking number and FedEx never even picked up the order so tracking was never accurate. They lie as to calling you back. Never return any calls or emails. Don't bother with these scammers! They sell you stuff and never ship it!

Ordered over a month ago, wheels were is stock. Received 3 automatic e-mails for receipt and the 3rd one said that another will be sent once wheels were shipped. I have never received that e-mail. I called several times and they were supposed to get back yo me but never did. 2 of the 4 rims showed up, unable to resolve this to date and have yet to have even one call from ANYONE from Discounted Wheel Warehouse despite leaving it with the "Supervisor". Opened a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and I see I am not alone, several complaints on their site, some similar to mine. I buy a lot of stuff online and have done so for many years. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER - YES EVER RECEIVED! I do not recommend this company at all to anyone. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to shop here.

Explained to TrustPilot this company is named DiscountEDWheelWarehouse. They don't seem to understand.

Bought 4 rims.
One of them had a lot of bubbles and scratches. (Made in China--should expect this).
Despite website claims of no problem returns, after talking on phone, and sending photos as requested--never heard back. Rang them 4 different times, sent e-mail, all blown off (call blocker?). Had to return rim to manufacturer for replacement.
