I had ordered king size mattress on 22 Dec.25.dilivered on time, communication good but quality is not good as I expected. on e mail advert through boostworks offer it was showing top quality in picture look like £600 worth but this not matching that quality. they said design may vary. Ok ,but quality should not vary. they said thickness between 11-12 inch but this one is 9 inch. original price on check out before all discount showing £489,but I don't think so. there is no proper logo of manufactured company on matress.so I am not satisfied. even don't like to return.

I am struggling with the site not having the standard, shopping basket, and having to place a separate order for each item, this inconvenience is mainly forgiven as the goods arrive quickly and the quality is very good.

I do not like the system of not allowing the customer to make a few purchases and then pay one overall price for postage and packaging. I paid for three items to be sent to me. Even though 3 amounts of money have been withdrawn from my bank account. Your system has only acknowledged 2 payments so I don't know whether I will receive the 3rd item that I have already paid for.

The articles are very good but do not have instructions. There is no return address for damaged articles. The delivery company is rubbish and lets Discountexperts down badly, as the drivers do not deliver to the correct address but a convenient place for a quick delivery by the driver.

Easy to order and website was clear that postage was paid separately. I've used this company before without any problems and would use them again

Great products and great value for money

I made a purchase in error, however the refund process was slick and the communication action excellent. Thank you Taya who handled the process brilliantly. Refund received within days.

Stay away from Cloud9yn and discountexperts.com, this is a disgraceful scam. The mattress provided was nothing like what was ordered. It was supposed to be a plush 11-12" memory foam mattress. What turned up was of extremely poor quality and only 8-9" thick. The delivery was a joke. I live alone in a third floor flat. They just dumped the mattress outside on the ground floor even though I told them not to do so and to take the mattress away if they would not deliver it.

Easy to use. Instructions were straight forward and easy to follow and delivery was within 2 days - very fast!

Buy luxury got cheap rubbish, nothing like the description or even the size, definitely will not use this again

When ordering 2 of same items you charge 2x delivery when the same items will be delivered together not very happy with that.

When I ordered the lights I thought I would have them all linked to 1 voucher but disgustingly I had 6 different vouchers and gad to oay £2.99 postage for each item ,this was not clear and I've ended up paying over £6 per lights when equivalent is about £4.99 at my local garden centre,very annoyed at the scam
