For the 2nd time in 6 months I've hired from Andy, and the process has been been very simple ( including changing/cancelling/rebooking), great prices and no problems at the other end. Off to get a price for later this year. Thoroughly recommend.

Amazing service, seems to answer emails day or night when I've sent, easy and reliable booking process and quick refunds on cancellations or changes if the price comes down, have recommended to many who have then gone on to book that are just as happy with the service from Andy

I emailed Andy for a quote and almost immediately received a response. There is no deposit, and Andy informed me I can amend or even cancel my booking up to 48hr prior to collecting car, and also if the price drops I can log in and amend my booking. This has taken away the stress of booking car rental for next year!

This guy Andy who runs/owns this company deserves an M.B.E or Knight hood, absolutely brilliant. i messed up my booking and panicked, contacted Andy and let him know 10 mins later Andy emailed me with the solution and sorted everything for me.

Used DFCH many times without any problems. Fantastic customer service every time. Find a lower price on their website after you booked? Andy will lower the price you pay. Unfortunately our flights to Florida for this year were cancelled- we could not have had better service off any other company and I’ve already rebooked my car for next year.

I had to cancel our car hire due to Covid 19 in March. The money was back in my account the same day without any hassle. Well done Andy on your brilliant customer service.

I'm sure that you will not be surprised to hear that all of my experiences with DFCH are positive.
The latest "above and beyond" is for a booking for September, Andy has e mailed to say not to pay anything until 2 weeks before departure in case the flight is cancelled.
If other companies offered just an ounce of the customer service that DFCH does, the world would be a better place!

We had to cancel our trip to the USA due to the covid 19 pandemic, our experience was straight forward on getting a refund, we will definitely,be using Discount Florida car hire in the future, the communication was fantastic, top man!!!!!!

We had our car book for florida but unfortunately due to the FCO our holiday was cancelled.
We had our car booked through discount Florida car hire and I must say the service was nothing short of excellent.
They got in touch with me and offered a full refund, it was in my bank within 4 days.
I would fully recommend them and will have no hesitation in using them again

We travel to Florida annually from Scotland, our very first time we were absolutely robbed by Car hire via Virgin Atlantic. Thanks to a very informative Facebook page I came across Discount Florida Car Hire.

I have used them annually for over 4 years now and always had exceptional service from them. I secure my car hire as early as possible when I know my dates and monitor the price, on the odd few occasions the price has reduced either on their website or direct with the company (we stick with Alamo as the end supplier) I pop an email over (I can now do it myself thanks to their updated website) and the price would be reduced to match the lesser price - Andy has even bettered the reduced rate on several occasions.

The option of supplier is usually available dependant on your pick up/drop off destination, however we prefer to opt for Alamo thanks to their online check in and 'Skip the queue' facility. Straight out to the car garage to select from a row of vehicles within your chosen category.
Unfortunately this years trip was cancelled with just a few weeks notice due to the COVID-19 pandemnic. I had a full refund in my account within days of cancelling.

Cannot recommend discount florida car hire enough, and will continue to use them. I have already booked for next April's trip.

Excellent Service.

We had a problem on arrival, Dollar had our booking as cancelled on their system, all they could offer me was a new deal at $175 / day, I declined and contacted DFCH via e mail, I wasn't expecting a reply as it was 22.30 hrs in the UK and my travelling partner was not feeling very well. We jumped an Uber and went to out accommodation. By the time we had checked in there was an e mail from DFCH, we agreed a plan of action and in the morning I grabbed another Uber and headed to the airport and collected a car. DFCH covered the cost of the Ubers. I was impressed by their response to our situation and will be using them in the future.

This company just keeps getting better. I've been using DFCH for years and much of the contact was direct with Andy. Major benefits of this company are

- Nothing to pay at time of booking giving you the ability to lock in a price for your car early without the risk of prices going up.
- Ability to amend booking as many times as you want if rates come down. I love this feature and it has got so much easier with the new website.
