I ordered multiple quantities of four…
I ordered multiple quantities of four different hose assemblies on 6-12-2023. I requested at that time that everything be shipped together rather than piece mill.
After over a month of no shipment, I called multiple times, most often only getting a recording. I finally received a package yesterday, 7-21-2023, that contained only a portion of my order. My credit card was charged for the full amount of the complete order, not the partial shipment that I received.

No status or customer service response
I ordered a single hose on June 25, on July 10 I had received no word on the status of my order. Checked their website and still no update. I filed a customer service order and as of July 15 haven’t even got a response. I found myself on this website trying to make sure the company was legit.

Update: I was contacted by a supervisor and was told this was not common practice of their customer service department and that they have a lot of new reps. She informed me that they will gladly replace my one line that blew off. Now I am a happy customer!

I bought the Power Beyond Extension Kit after watching a YT video and used it maybe 3 times over the 6mos after purchase. One of the ends blew off during last use spewing hydraulic fluid. I contacted DHH about a replacement and was told no warranty. Ridiculous!!!!

Missing o ring, lengthy delivery time.
Took about a month to get order due to back order, which I guess isn’t necessarily on them.
As I’m about to complete my install I realize one of the ORB fittings is missing the O ring. Not great quality control.
