Excellent customer service
I was in the process of buying a new laptop and needed something that met a few specific requirements. I reached out with some questions, and to my surprise, I got a response within the hour. The customer service was excellent from James, he was quick, helpful, and clear. Really appreciated the fast turnaround and support during my decision making process. Great experience overall!!!
