Excellent service and equipment
Excellent service and equipment on two multi day rentals of lift devices. Delivery team was courteous, prompt, and answered all questions on the safe and proper usage of the equipment. Better than Sunbelt and more cost effective.

The machine broke during usage
The machine broke during usage, then a week later I was told that I would be charged an additional half day of usage. I ended up renting an exact same type of machine from United Rental to finish the job. You guys suck!

Your statement is mostly true. Like, many hotel websites not owning hotels or travel websites not owning airplanes, we rely on our partners to supply most of our equipment. To be different, we do own rental stores in a few states. My father and uncle started our family's first rental yard in 1980. The Hoskins family supports the American Rental Association and the NFIB.
My father and I created Discount Lift Rentals, in the early 2000s to help small rental companies. At a time when large corporate rental companies were gobbling up smaller ones and making it difficult for family-owned yards to compete.
Discount Lift Rentals is a concierge for boom lifts, scissor lifts, and most rental equipment. Before companies would often have to hire people to manage their equipment, now we offer that as a free service. Being an internet company gives small businesses and our customers an advantage. DLR is a nationwide, family-owned, one-stop rental shop with competitive prices.
John, I doubt you have ever rented from us. Please give our service a try and then write a review. I hope we can change your mind. Discount Lift Rentals offers great service at a fair price. If you are a small rental yard give me a call and become a partner.

World Class Service
These folks are outstanding! I’ve rented articulating booms, telehandlers, and scissorlifts monthly for the past year from them and every transaction has been perfect. Their customer service and responsiveness is outstanding. I don’t bother calling around anymore. They are more cost effective, almost always next day delivery, and super friendly. A++
