Said the item was in stock. 47 days to receive the item. Not a fan of a company that lies to get your sale.

I like the furniture that I purchased, but the customer service from DiscountLivingRooms.com is terrible. Once they receive your money you are nothing more than just another invoice in their books. I made my purchase and their price changed prior to me receiving my furniture and they refused to give a refund for the difference between what i paid and their lowered price!

Beware — Dishonest and Unreliable!
This company blatantly lies about item availability and falsifies stock information just to secure orders. They have zero commitment to delivery schedules and leave customers hanging without any real updates. Do not waste your time or money with these scammers. Their business practices are completely deceptive, and it’s clear they have no interest in honest customer service. Stay far away.

Paid hundreds for them to ship a loveseat to my home. A few days later I received an email saying they could not ship to my home and needed to deliver the loveseat to a loading dock for me to pickup. They were unapologetic. I have read other similar reviews. I do not recommend this business. I ended up purchasing another loveseat from Wayfair with no issues.

They held on to my money 4 months promising that we're going to take 4-6 weeks to deliver the product. After the long wait, and after Cyber Monday was over they contacted me saying the product is no longer available. They had 4 months to invest my money yet when I asked if they would provide me a discount to make up for the trouble. They only offered the same things that were listed on the website; free shipping after thousands of dollars were spent. I couldn't be more furious at them!
Don't give them a penny of your money.

I'd like to give you a 10 on your scale of satisfaction. Not only did the sofa arrive way before the estimated time, but I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of my new sofa. When you order anything online, it's hard tell for sure if it's really a good buy or something cheap. I'm happy to say my sofa is everything I hoped it would be. Thank you for not selling junk!

Xavier Prabhu was the sales rep I am working with and he is very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He was forthright about setting delivery expectations, noting that due to COVID19, sometimes there is a bit more of a wait than during "normal" times. I appreciate his expertise, honesty and great customer service.

Xavier was by far the nicest Sales person that I have ever worked with. I have done high pressure, low pressure, no pressure sales in the past and he by far treated me with dignity and respect and never once made me feel like most other sales people have in the past… Feeling like I’m being taken advantage of or that I am not being told the complete truth. He was upfront and honest and very knowledgeable about the product. He was easy to talk to you and explain things to me in a way that I sales person that I have ever worked with. I have done high pressure, low pressure, no pressure sales in the past and he by far treated me with dignity and respect and never once made me feel like most other sales people have in the past… Feeling like I’m being taken advantage of or that I am not being told the complete truth. He was upfront and honest and very knowledgeable about the product. He was easy to talk to and explain things to me in a way that I understood them.
