These guys have been my go to store for medical supplies for over a decade, and they just came through for me again today. When my previous CPAP machine was recalled back in 2021, and that company , Phillips, became nonresponsive, I needed another machine quickly. Discount MEDICAL gave me very professional service and a great price on a new Resmed device. Steve, was patient and thorough in his training and I could not have been more pleased.
It didn’t matter whether I needed a pair of crutches, or a special chair for my mother in law, or supplies, they’ve been exceptionally responsive and affordable.

This company could not sort out a problem with THEIR courier, Parcel Force. Appalling Parcel Force didn't deliver correctly. Calls to Discount Medical resulted in me being given a PF No. to sort it out myself, which I couldn't . DM then said we will call you about the whereabouts of your order when PF driver finishes round. I told them I wouldn't be there the next day as I now had to visit the disabled person. No call or message but DM kindly let the driver deliver the next day when I wouldn't be there. When I queried this, DM person said' I don't work for PF, how can I do anything?' Moronic and uncaring.

I didn't realise you were on Trustpilot otherwise I would have thanked you earlier! Another parcel from you today and I want to thank you because you are the best place I know to buy spares for me.
