My experience with Discount Moving was extremely positive. I contacted several moving companies, and Discount Moving was one of the first to respond. Roman came on-site right away to provide a free estimate for packing, the move, storage, and the return delivery. We needed to empty our entire basement, including the garage, family room, bathroom, and cold room for renovations, so it was a big job,
Roman was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. He responded promptly to all my questions and emails, and he was always accommodating of our situation.
On packing and moving day, the team—Daniel, Gena, Ilya, and Sergei arrived on time and worked quickly, professionally, and with great care. They were efficient, polite, friendly, and clearly experienced. I wasn’t sure what size of storage unit we would need, but thanks to their expertise, they recommended the perfect size. They also overestimated the moving time and proactively credited us the difference, which shows how honest and trustworthy they are.
Roman and the entire team have been wonderful. Thank you so much to everyone at Discount Moving, especially Roman, Daniel, Gena, Ilya, and Sergei. We will definitely use your company again and highly recommend your services.
