I thought it was a trail for $1 ..

I thought it was a trail for $1 ... if we like item sent to you then keep it and they will continue to take $75 out of account... I was waiting for product to trail but did not turn up... tried calling them on day 10 but different time line didn't help and they were always closed..
They then took $75 out. I called them to say I didn't receive anything and to cancel as they didnt keep their word. I also told them to refund my money .. their reply was basically NO they can't refund and they have cancelled my account. I told them they were stealing they said I still have days left in July subscription?? Wtheck? Sue this company!! Refund money... !
Tulu lauti.

EM Arctic is a criminal Discountor.net are thieves

I was silly enough to reply to the text messages. They were actually saying they were Aldi. I payed a dollar and after that they said they had nothing to do with Aldi. I should’ve canceled my credit card straight away but then I got an email saying I had to log in with the generated password and my email address.which I didn’t do because I thought if I didn’t I wouldn’t be charged the $75. How wrong was I. ok yes these people need to be shut done immediately, and I have contacted my bank and they will investigate. I think from all you people that have been ripped off something might happen. I do hope they have the decency to give back my money but I do hope this thieving person EM Arctic gets found out. I still continue to get those text Messages. I have sent them about 50 emails this week and they just keep sending the same message. Soo 😡 it’s certainly criminal and hope the fraud people can stop this at once.

I have also been scammed. Had $75 taken out of my account, with no way I know to stop it. Except cancelling my debit card, which is very difficult. Any ideas appreciated thanks. I never received an email, so I have no idea how to contact them, if they do actually exist.
Thanks if anyone can help.

Discounter.net are thieving scammers who take advantage of vulnerable people.
Is there anyone that has succeeded in getting there $75 back from these thieves? I would really like to know how if you did please. My 8 year old has not long started back at school and is needing new shoes, clothing and stationary, I saved that money that discounter stole out of my account since last year for my boys school stuff. Now i cant buy them and theres no way that Im gonna be able to save that much again in so little time. Discounter.net just letting your company know that I will be seeking Legal Advice.

i want to opt out before they debit …

I want to opt out before they debit money from my acct! it says you have 14 days right? it also gives a date - "Cancellation Possible from: 16-Nov-2017 09:06:08" i've tried to unsubscribe today but it doesn't seem to provide a method of unsubscribing!

can change my credit card, however that may take too long!
:( . i found out i can get a 'merchant block' form from my bank, but that may take a while too. did anyone get yr account debited after you unsubscribed? (that is if you were able to unsubscribe? if you managed it, can you tell me how?)

has anyone tried to get their money back using proof of transaction :

Proof of Payment : Open attached file to see your proof of payment (It's in the Mail INBOX) Attachment: Payment Reciept

it clearly states: "Sl #. Product Pc. Price Total 1
.... ***14 days trial membership*** on Discountor.net 1 "

i have emailed them twice and got this : "We received your email request! Someone from our team will get back to you as soon as possible".

grrr the whole situation is already stressing me out and i only signed up 2 days ago! :(

** UPDATE** (this site won't let me make another post on this topic for some reason) but... i have now had several responses from Discountor:
"We hereby confirm you cancellation of your membership on Discountor.
Sincerely,
Discountor"

and: "We have cancelled your membership and will not charge your card again."

cheers

WOW! here i am again! just when i think it's over!?.. i tested to see if the account was deleted, it says: cancelled in settings but the site still allows me to log in! grrrrr. maybe there's a time-lag?
