Not a good experience
I ordered Simparica and when I told my wife she informed me our vet recommended we stop giving it to our dog because of her age (16). I tried several times to cancel and was told my order was not in the system yet. On my last attempt I was told the product had shipped and I could not cancel or get a refund once it ships. I ordered on June 1st and it arrived July 5th. Over a month to arrive. I was told it was coming out of Canada or Australia but it came out of Singapore instead. The price was good and the product seems to be legit but they crushed the box to get it into an envelope instead of box.
