Yesterday afternoon I had an excellent experience finding, scheduling, and dealing with Ricky with Discount Plumbers at our home. They offered an extremely competitive rate for drain cleanout plus a competitive trip charge. They happened to have same day availability, that evening. The technician, Ricky, was clean, courteous, and worked at light speed. He was knowledgeable and did not attempt to upsell me anything. Since we have an older construction house - 50+ years plumbing - the rust in the pipes tends to accumulate debris. It makes economic sense to simply call this crew once in a while if this happens again. We cannot recommend them highly enough to our neighbors. I am so lucky to have consulted our local Facebook group.

We called for our elderly parents who live in Apple Valley. It was a Sunday so we expected a premium charge. We were told they'd be there within a few hours. They were on time, very helpful and professional, and the price was excellent. Highly recommend!

The plumber arrived within an hour; he was knowledgeable and professional, carefully explained the problem, gave us two choices for a fix[the issue was a slow running sink drain], then quickly carried out the process. The fix was reasonably priced and seemed to work immediately. He cleaned up afterwards, and answered all our questions. One can't ask for a more professional, customer-oriented service. We highly recommend!
