Two week later...

Was told delivery in 3-5 days. 13 days after placing the order I still had not received the material. I called at 8AM asking what had happened to my order and was told it was shipped and they would send me a tracking number. At 3:41 that afternoon I called back, no answer. A few minutes later I get an email with the tracking link showing that at 3:42 the order was sent for shipping. We have started the refund process and will be looking for other suppliers.
