Fast and easy shipping. Great ordering experience!

Great shipping, great price, and the materials were pretty easy to understand when installing. The only reason why is not full stars is that I can't tell the longevity yet.

This will be the only salt cell we buy going forward. We have gone through 2 Hayward GLX 5's in the past 5 years. They have charged us over $1000 each time with installation. After a Google search I learned our cell may last longer if we upgraded to a T9 but was told not to. After careful research of this company we decided to give it a try. We plugged it in, a perfect fit, changed the setting to T9 and it fired right up. It immediately started to register and is working great. We were even able to dial the salinity down from 60% needed on our old cell to 35% on the new because its generating more chlorine. You don't have to be a pool genius to hook this up and save money. I highly advise you try it.

Received pool equipment quickly. Salt cell exactly as described to replace my existing one. When I complained three weeks later that the salt cell was not working, I received immediate tech support and a paid return UPS shipping label to return to them. They will test and replace if necessary, just sent yesterday so will update later.

Ordering process was easy, good communication from the company on status of order, etc. Product shipped and arrived fine, all was as expected.

Easy experience. The chlorinator came and I hooked it up and away I went.

Called Discount Salt Pool and received excellent information that led to my purchase of a new pool pump and chlorine generator for my pool. Then I installed both pieces of equipment using the great information on the discountsaltpool.com web site. Swimming in my salt pool and loving it!
UPDATE: 06/17/2024 - I am still very satisfied with Discount Salt Pool. Stuff happens: The flow sensor in the system failed. A call to DSP resulted in a quick ship of a new flow sensor, all at no charge. System was back up in a couple of days. The chlorine generator also failed. It took a bit longer for that replacement, because I had to send the failed generator back to DSP for evaluation before they would send the new generator back (I paid shipping). Supplemented the chlorine level in my pool with liquid bleach (from Leslie's). The new generator arrived after about a week, no charge for the replaced generator or shipping. The system is working great, again!

Called with questions about different systems they offer, and they were very helpful. Order was shipped out the day I placed order. Thank you.
