It’s a Scam! I ordered my AirPods on 14th of December and said shipped on the 19th and yet here I am on the 3rd of January and still waiting. I work very hard for the small things I have. I have sent numerous emails and spent several useless calls on recordings. It’s so ridiculous how people can take advantage of hard working citizens. Shame on You!

Still holding out hope that I will receive the products I ordered. Placed on December 11th, only received confirmation of a shipping label being created after 2 emails to the company questioning the 3-5 day shipping. Label was created on December 19th and as of today, January 3, it is still awaiting USPS pickup. I've been unable to cancel the order and or request a refund. Will update here if there are any changes.

I ordered 2 AirPod pros on this website. This was on 12/8, on 12/11 it says “shipped” after that the AirPods haven’t came and it’s been almost a month since I’ve ordered them. This website is definitely a scam. I’m probably going to have to go through the trouble of disputing the charges now because $260 is a lot of money to be scammed of.

The good reviews on this site must be fake, as this company is running a scam. Like many of the people who have recently posted, I placed an order for AirPods on December 9; received an email notification that the product was shipped on December 11. However, the USPS tracking number still says (as of January 3) that a label has been created and they are awaiting the item. I tried calling the number, but you get circled around to automated message after automated message, saying to email them for any questions. I followed up via email three times with the company with no response. Good thing I have a reputable banking institution who’s willing to stand behind customers and go after crooks like this company. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

100% fraudelent website. I placed an order with them on 12/5/23. It's now 1/3/23 and the item never arrived. Their automated phone receiver just says to email them no matter what option you choose, then they don't respond to email.

It’s been several weeks after I got the notification that a shipping label had been created. No movement in over 3 weeks with no person to call and no responses via email. This is a scam, I am sorry I fell for it. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Charge your card number also to avoid future charges.

On December 20th, I placed an order for the airpod pro 2nd generation (refurbished grade A.) Just like so many others, this was for my 13 y.o. daughter as her main Christmas gift. My order status, as of this moment, still says "order being processed!"
I tried to email them and received no response. I called their customer service phone number and every option (1‐6) just redirected me to the website. You cannot get a human and all of the voices are computer generated.
I've emailed again, explaining my concerns. I was very clear about my next steps if I'm ignored again or if a reply from them doesn't contain some type of reasonable explanation/solution for my rotten customer experience so far.
I'll definitely update my review as things unfold. :-/
BTW.... I noticed that the airpod pro 2nd gens had sold out before Christmas... has anyone else noticed what the site has for sale again as a New Years special?! The very item that a lot of us are waiting for! SMH!

It's a scam I wasn't sure so I figured I should try it out and see if it is legit but yeah this is definitely a scam.

Ordered Airpods 3rd Gen on Dec 6th assuming that the product would be delivered before Dec 24th(as claimed on their website),got an email on Dec 11th that package is shipped with a USPS tracking number, Its Jan 2nd 2024, haven't got response to my email, still waiting on the product, will wait for couple of days and initiate charge back claim with the Bank.

This website is a scam discountstorebargains.com immediately took my money, and there is no way to contact anybody if you call the phone number, it just puts you in circles. I have not gotten any responses regarding my email. My order has been in processing weeks.

I ordered a brand new in box pair of air pods pros on December 9 2023. I got a a shipping confirmation on December 11 2023. Item never showed. No one would answer the phone. I sent several emails. I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get my money back. This site is a scam. The more I read the reviews. Most of the good reviews seem fake. Hopefully this helps someone save their money!

I ordered a ps5 refurbished on Dec 23 ref#NLPCGAJNH I immediately received a invoice and reference number but realized the shipping was not the right method so I reached out to the company about getting a quicker shipping option not to complain or request a refund I also offered to pay additional charges encured by the new shipping with no response inchecked a day or so later and nothing changed I emailed again this time expressing concern about the validity of my order with still no response I was hoping due to holidays but now the holidays are over and still nothing I hope they contact me and figure his out I have not given up hope but I can't in good conscience recommend this company to anyone at this time I hope this helps someone thinking about ordering from this website

Bought my grandson generation 2 air pods, week before Christmas. Still haven’t deceived em. Got 1 email that label has been made and a tracking number, that can not be found.

I ordered a PS5 on December 25th. I got a text with order number right away. Good sign. But my order status has been "order being processed" for a week now. To everyone wanting a refund, just dispute it with your bank. I'll be emailing and if I don't get a response in a few days, I'll start the dispute process.

this website is a joke and a scam I ordered my AirPods literally about 4 weeks ago almost a month now still haven’t gotten them u can’t get contact with them nothing I want my money back don’t use website it’s a scam.

I ordered Airpods Pro on December 14th, then got an email saying they were shipped December 19th. It is STILL in a pre-shipment/label created status. Like others, I have sent 2 emails inquiring about my order. No response! My son didn't get his main gift for Christmas. Huge disappointment!!

Wish I could rate this company a 0. Horrible experience!! I looked at reviews before purchasing and seemed legit but looks like I am having a similar problem as many with this company. Ordered some AirPods on December 8th and have still not received them. My daughter has still not received her Christmas gift!! USPS tracking info says the shipping label was created on December 11th but still saying they have not received the package. No answer for weeks from Discountstorebargains. Only way to contact them is through e-mail, but I have gotten no response in 2 weeks! Don't know how to get a refund! My daughter keeps asking when she is getting her Christmas gift. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!!
