Garbage website

Garbage website. Lists items that can't be delivered due to "extended shipping times" and then takes a week to inform you they've canceled your order. Highly recommend if you like having your time absolutely wasted.

I CALLED GHS, THE CORPORATION WHICH MAKES DYNO GLO HEATERS.
THEY CONFIRMED THIS SITE IS NOT A VENDOR. THE ONLY VENDOR FOR THIS MODEL IS AMAZON.
YOU CANT REACH ANYONE.

Ordered a set of dewalt tools on January 19, 2026. Sent an email on January 23, 2026, requesting a status update. Today is February 2, 2026, and I still have yet to either receive my $400 order or get a response from this company. Opening a chargeback with my bank. Scammers.

Tried to cancel order but nobody responds using Chat, Email or Phone calls. Would not recommend buying from this company. Ordered on 1/26/26 and haven't heard from them and item hasn't shipped as of 1/31/26.

Shipped through Amazon but need passcode

Update: The seller response below is incorrect. They, again, did not email me the delivery code. The package was returned to them a couple weeks ago. They cancelled the order after multiple attempts to contact them. I never received my order but my card was eventually credited. Avoid this seller.

They finally said they shipped my order. However, it shipped through Amazon and Amazon wil not release the delivery without a passcode. I cannot get a passcode since it was not ordered on my Amazon account. The passcode probably went to them, says Amazon. Left voicemails, sent email, messaged through their website and no response. Amazon will try to deliver again but cannot release it without a passcode (I’ve never encountered this before so I’m not sure why). Hoping they will give me the passcode or a refund. Otherwise I’ll have to dispute with my card. This little money I would save going through them isn’t worth it.

To good to be true

I'd definitely believe the 1 star reviews over the others.

I ordered 2 boxes of pampers, relatively cheaper than any other merchant. When they something is 2 good to be true, believe them. They quickly debited my account of the $110, but 3 days later still nothing. I finally email them and they say, the item is out of stock and doesn't seem to be restocked in a timely manner. How are companies allowed to sale what they don't have. Thats a scam in itself. They then say, for your inconvenience we're sending a full refund. What else should I expect. That's the exact thing you should do and should have to pay interest for hold my money. Online business is getting horrible with companies like this, but we need to start reporting them to out AG offices and reporting fraud with our care issuers. Now I must wait to receive my money to get pampers.

Ordered an undersink water filter. They immediately charged my credit card and seven days later canceled the order and refunded my cc.
Their reason for cancellation was "... the shipping time for the items you ordered has exceeded our initial estimates ..."
The item i want is still for sale on their website at a higher price.
Additionally, a bank in London received my cc payment, while their customer support is in Houston.
This appears to be a SCHLOCK operation, IMO.
I am contacting the AGs of Texas and Illinois and speaking with an attorney regarding a class action suit.
AVOID !!!

Serial number already in use

I purchased a Venta air humidifier from discounttoday.net in December 2025 and, while trying to register the product with Venta, I learned that the serial number had already been submitted. Venta would not honor the warranty since I was not the original owner. Discounttoday.net did not respond to my emails asking about this. The product seems new and is operating as expected. Nonetheless, I will not buy from discounttoday.net again.

Horrible customer service and maybe a scam. I ordered a Roomba and never heard back about when wit would be shipped. I called several times only to get a voicemail. I sent an email and after a week got a response that it was delayed and would ship. After another week checking online I see the order was cancelled. Don;t trust this site!!!

Scam Company and Terrible Customer Support

They promise to process your order in 1–3 business days. That doesn’t happen. Then they claim it’ll ship in 3–7 business days. Also doesn’t happen. Email responses are borderline nonexistent and completely useless when they do reply. Calling them is a joke—you’re sent straight to an answering machine every time.

Are they a scam? I can’t say that for sure. What I can say is they operate exactly like one: missed timelines, no communication, and zero accountability.

Scam with a fake phishing payment account

I started to place an order, put my credit card info in and all of a sudden a scam company called Link had called my bank and set up an account where I pay with my card through them.
I cancelled the order but link has set up an account in my name.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

And if you have and suddenly had identity theft it probably traces back to this scam.

I admit I was very skeptical of this company especially after I placed my order before reading some of the negative reviews. I really thought I had been ripped off when I tried to call the listed company number and got a generic voice mail response. So I emailed the company and told them my thoughts and to cancel the order. Their reply was it had already shipped that Monday morning. Mind you I had only placed the order #634604, on Sunday afternoon. The brand new still in factory packaging Dewalt commercial 10 inch table saw arrived 3 days after the order had been placed. I would recommend to order in full confidence and enjoy the savings. Merry Christmas.
