I have never worked with Discount Mugs before, and had a few questions. I was lucky to get Washington Montenegro on the phone! He was so polite and helpful! He was patient while I threw several different scenarios at him, while I tried to decide what was the best decision for me to make! AND when I asked about quality of a product, he gave me honest assessments, and recommended the product that he would use. I can't wait to get the bags I ordered!

After working with some other companies I was hesitant to contact another one but what a great surprise! I spoke with Hebert del Villar - and placed my order DM1629060. My questions were answered quickly and the pricing was great! I highly recommend.

I was unsure of finding the right company promotional item and figuring out the whole deal . I called the 800 number expecting to be forwarded overseas but I was pleasantly surprised with the US based professional that assist with the selection, pricing, delivery aspects. I needed some mugs for a client and I had an odd request and I wanted to see if it was possible. I called, and talked to Hebert del Villar and before you knew it, the question I had was answered and the order was placed for my client. It was extremely easy and simple to order the product. And Hebert was super easy to work with.

I had a last minute switch to this company for a purchase. I am so glad I did. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. I was lucky enough to speak with Manny Motaduval the first time I called for help with my order. He was a huge help. He is a perfect example of what an employee should be. He helped me work through the online process and when I was having issues with the shipping amount he was able to get it worked out in a matter of minutes.
