We made purchase of custom valances and curtains through this company. Curtains we received were of wrong color. We reached out to customer support and they agreed to send new set of curtains without need of return. Their service is incredible, though turn around could be little slow. We got 4 set of high quality curtains for free, which we used for another room.

I ordered my curtains and fell in love with them when I opened the package. There was a discrepancy in the measurements, so I contacted customer service and they sent me a pre-paid return label right away and input the corrected order in their system super fast. Their customer service was very responsive and very professional. I received the correct curtains and I absolutely love them. When they say "blackout", they mean blackout!

This review is for discover curtains. Of course i would give no stars if i could. I paid $300 for absolutely beautiful curtains that i saw in a picture on their website. Unfortunately what came in was a super cheap copy of the beautiful ones in the picture. This seller is a scammer. When i told them that i wanted the actual curtains in the picture and wanted a refund they said that they were the curtains in the picture and refused a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They are made in China!! I wish there was a place to add pictures.
