The parks are great but head office needs some work. Recently booked during their 40% off deal and the discount wasn’t applied. Contacted the park (Bargara) who said they couldn’t help and to contact HO. Did that and left phone msg. No response. Sent email. No response. Sent second email. Almost a week and still no response. It must be annoying for the people in the parks to be let down by Corporate admin.
