I have had two Thermaskirts (H20, BM3 profile) installed in two rooms and I am very satisfied with the product. They heat up very quickly and spread the heat uniformly in the room. They really do provide a very pleasant feel of warmth in the room which you don’t get from a traditional radiator.
The sales team was responsive and clear with delivery times which helped us plan the installation.
It is a well thought product with a lot of technical info available. The technical support has been very helpful, Martin, in particular, who knows the product inside out!

Product looks fantastic and works really well even in large room. Great service and prompt deliveries right through my project.

We ordered a system for the upper floors of our renovated house, to install ourselves. The team are incredibly helpful and responsive, and helped us with the designs so that the system was as straightforward and efficient as possible. They have been on the phone for any queries and helped to rethink the design as our renovation progressed and minor details changed. There is lots of information provided too so we can install ourselves and it looks really neat!

Although sceptical before attending once getting hands on with it and seeing it in operation I think it’s fantastic and will be specifying it in the future and promoting it as a great alternative to Radiators or Underfloor Heating.

Had these guys install a system 2 years ago and could not recommend them enough. Very professional and tidy install. Recently had a minor issue with the system and the technical support was outstanding, well done Martin! Fault quickly resolved with minimum fuss, even had the MD responding to email at 730pm!! Best company ever

What a fantastic job DH did for me and their fantastic fitter Carlos. The flat looks so much nicer and the system is simply amazing. Highly recommend anyone thinking about doing it to use these guys.

I recently attended training at Discrete Heat and found the course a good mixture of practical and theory.
There was a good friendly and welcoming atmosphere from the staff.
I've come away with enough confidence to install the product.

If aesthetics are important to you then I'd think twice about buying thermaskirts. I found the staff to be great but the product to be poor from an aesthetics point of view. Despite a couple of visits to do remedial work I still feel disappointed about the finish of the skirting. The rubber gaskets look untidy and scruffy in parts. The issue I have is that it's a niche product and you can't just re-caulk and paint like you would with traditional skirting. I have some skirting where there are gaps between the wall and gasket, one is coming away from the wall and the silicon sealant joining it to the door frame has come apart. Almost all the corners look untidy and some of the plinth skirting has chipped and I wouldn't even begin to know where to get suitable touch up paint for it.

If this is how it looks after 1 year then I dread to think of what it'll look like in 5 or 10 years.

The heating system works fine but for what I paid I'd have expected the finish to be of a much higher standard.

It doesn't look like this review allows for images so I'll post the same review with images on google.

2025 update. The reply from Martin was never actioned or followed up on. We still have several gaps from the rubber strip to the wall and the corners have frayed. There are also gaps to the floor because of slight unevenness of an old house but you would have expected a method or covering those gaps, like a strip of some sort. 3 years on I still get annoyed looking at all these issues.

A Thermaskirt system was already installed when we bought the house. We find it to be a good heating option. However, when we replaced some carpet with LVT, we were worried how changing floor height may affect the appearance and efficiency. We didn’t need worry; Lauryn in Customer Service has been so helpful in advising what we needed and how to install it.

The best customer service ever!
I purchased some thermoskirt years ago, and one of the flexible attachments needed replacing. Literally one email and within an hour it was sorted and put in the post! I must be honest I was expecting to wait a week or so for a reply, couldn't believe the quick response!
Top Job!!!

I recently contacted Discrete Heat to discuss an issue we have with one of our thermaskirt radiators. Although it was fitted about 12 years ago, Maria and Lauryn were able to give me excellent support and advice which I'm sure will resolve our issue and provided a level of customer care which was outstanding. I would always recommend this company without reservation and will definitely be a returning customer should we ever need to replace traditional radiators in the future.

Excellent product - I love not having to hang radiators but not losing out on heat. Innovative, genius product & looks just like skirting. It gives much more wall space for decor. Customer service was fab & they went out their way to help. Thanks guys

You did indeed try to solve the problem and we followed your recommendations to the letter, especially regarding the 2nd replacement, which we paid for.
This cost us a lot of money, and you refused to reimburse us for the faulty equipment, which was brand new and under warranty...
Neither the 1st nor subsequent installations were carried out by our family, but by reputable, professional companies. Specialized heating companies
The water was treated according to your recommendations and the circuit was well protected, yet your baseboards were pierced in many places.
Transport was several hundred euros for the last delivery proposed, so it's not a freebie that you offered us.
We made 3 replacements in all, and your equipment proved to be very fragile. I strongly advise against installing Discreteheat baseboard heaters in modern or new installations.
I expect to be reimbursed at least for the material supplied, as a minimum...
