Brush head for Dismatic
Ok, so Waitrose no longer seem to stock brush heads for the Dishmatic mops. Happily they are still available from the manufacturer! I ordered some online and they duly arrived shortly after. These are great for cleaning pans and don't get ruined like the standard green scourer attachment.

I have been using dishmatic products…
I have been using dishmatic products for over a year now they are so good . Never had a problem with any of the products . I especially love the pot washing sponge with the handle so you just put washing up liquid in it and away you go . No more filling the bowl full of water and then adding washing up liquid .

Heads fall off all the time
The latest batch of new heads just don't stay on the handle. Thought it was the handle and bought a new one but no different. Very annoying.

Having used dishmatic for many years what on earth has happened???? As I’m washing up, they fall off…then I have to hold the thing on and burn my hands!!!!

Great product and customer relations
I have been using these products for years and years, always great quality and reliability.
Until recently... I had a batch of products that weren't up to par. I sent pics and a request to Dishmatic, of a faulty batch and handle. They sent me replacement and complimentary products in a very timely manner.

Design gone downhill
Design has gone downhill so much I don’t think I’ll buy another one. Handles leak following the change to screw top (no surprise, as there’s no washer/stopper). Now the brush heads slip off.
I hope the pence per handle saving from the new handle design was worth it.

Using less plastic to keep the dishes clean!
Seems impossible to find Dishmatic replacement brushheads in supermarkets these days, without having to buy a whole new brush too, so great to be able to order them so easily online, and they arrived quickly in the post. Only issue is the bristles are not nearly as sturdy as Ecoforce replacement brushes were (company appears to no longer be trading), so they do not last as long as we are used to, which ultimately means more plastic in the bin...

New ones do not seal properly, leak everywhere
Used one of these for years but I recently bought sone new ones with the brush attachment. The new ones have changed the handle design with a screw on part to allow filling. All of the ones I purchased now leak at the refill point. The part that screws and unscrews does not seal properly even if screwed on fully. Not fit for purpose, washing up liquid leaks everywhere from top of handle.

Refills don't fit!
I bought some refills for my dishmatic washing up brush, but the refills keep falling off the handle. It doesn't clip onto the rear of the handle so when you're washing up the sponge bit just slips off every time. Really annoying. On the packaging it says these refills fit ALL DISH MATIC BRUSHES. It's quite obvious they don't.
Update: having reached out to me and supplied me with a replacement brush and pads, I give credit where due. Thanks

Been using dishmatic sponges for years now, More recently we believe there no longer a good product to buy, after a few times off using it the sponge it peels off and no longer usable, these items have also got expensive, therefor don’t believe we will be using the product in the near future
