Wonderful Valentine’s meal! We have a baby so it’s difficult for us to go out for dinner very often but this was a wonderful option to enjoy at home.

We ordered Michel Roux valentine meal which was excellent. All the ingredients were quality and the instructions were very easy to follow. Really enjoyed it and will definitely order again.

A lovely experience!
Food VERY good
The Soup and bread starter with scallops was good but lacked a punch. The scallops had also broken up slightly on cooking.
The main of beef wellington, Pomme Anna with geeen beans and peppercorn sauce was wonderful. Sauce could have been a bit punchier.
The passion fruit dessert was a bit tart for my liking.

We have had two of Paul Ainsworth's meals at Dishpatch and were looking forward to this for Valentines day. The scollops for the starter was small and compared to the scollop starters for Rick Steins Lobster Thermidor or Richard Corrigan's Sugar Pit Pork nothing to write home about. But all in all fine. The main course was a huge let down. It could not in any form or fashion compared to Ainsworth's Shrimp Brown Butter Monkfish. The champagne sauce was underwhelming and did not elevate the dish over and above the ordinary. The Desert was good and maybe the best part of the meal. All in all, at the cost of £115 I would expect a lot more. As mentioned the Shrimp Brown Butter Monkfish meal for £20 less is worth £20 more than this meal.

OK but too expensive
Food lovely but always one element disappointing.

Delicious Paul Ainsworth menu arrived for valentine’s day. Very fresh fish and delicious sauces. Love the at home fine dining that Dishpatch gives us.

It was very nice, restaurant quality food to have in the comfort of your own home. Cooking was fairly straightforward and portions were generous.

The Michel Roux beef Wellington was the best beef I've ever eaten in my life, alongside the deep savoury flavours from the peppercorn sauce was incredible. The portion size was generous and I felt full and happy. The saffron flavour from the soup was so tasty I couldn't believe I was eating something so complex in flavour like this at home.

It was a very easy meal to assemble, with good cooking instructions. We could drink cocktails and enjoy the delicious starter whilst the main cooked and not worry about having to cook a meal for ourself which was such a treat and made for a very easy date night without lots of faff. It was all delicious and perfect portion size.

The food was good quality and tasted lovely however one of the main elements was missing so cannot give any more than 3 stars.

We have had Sabrina's food before from Dispatch and as this was a different meal I wanted it for our stay at home valentines. The food was amazing quality and simple to cook. The balance in flavours was sensational, with richness balanced by a light salad. I could not recommend Sabrina's food on dispatch more.

We tried the Champagne Monkfish Celebration by Paul Ainsworth and the whole meal was excellent from starter to sweet. There was just the right amount of 'hands on' preparation/cooking.

Perfectly designed, full of flavour, delivered on time and with all items in excellent condition. Instructions were super easy to follow - made me look like a Michelin chef!! Husband is the biggest critic and has a Caribbean heritage - so we went for Andi Oliver’s Caribbean Coconut Shrimp - he absolutely loved it. A wonderful way to celebrate Valentine’s Day without all the commercial overkill at home and at a price point that matched the quality. Thank you!!

We ordered the Valentine’s Dinner for two and were not disappointed. This was our second meal from Dishpatch and it was delicious. The balance of scallops in champagne soup, followed by Beef Wellington was superb. Cooking instructions were spot on, allowing the beef to be medium, in a light crusty pastry. And how tender was that beef! It was all excellent and we will be ordering again on special occasions. Thank you Dishpatch for a superb meal.
