Great service - The first time I ordered, I was emailed to say they had quality checked my ears and they were damaged and the last in stock so provided me with a refund which arrived promptly and a small discount for next time. I really appreciated them checking the item before it was sent and being so quick to refund. I then chose another pair of ears which were delivered the next day. Great service

Winnie the pooh loungefly purchase
I ordered a loungefly bag yesterday lunchtime and it arrived today. I have bought bags from multiple retailers, but this was by far the best experience. Absolutely beautifully packaged and I love the branded stickers/sweets. Fantastic service and I will be back for more purchases. Thank you :)

Just all around fantastic

Can't recommend Disney Mad enough! I'm a Disney collector and especially love loungefly. Disney Mad have a great range, they have some really rare ones and some real bargains too. When I needed help with an order they were so helpful and all my deliveries have always arrived really quickly.
