Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Kept fully informed regarding delivery as there were delays due to the RM strikes. The seller even refunded my postage fee due to this (which I wasn't expecting at all!). Fantastic product too! Was wrapped really well and even got a sweet in the parcel. Lovely gesture. Thank you. I will definitely be buying from this company again.

Great communication, parcel arrived beautifully
The package arrived in good time considering the Royal Mail strikes and whenever I needed an update with the progression of my parcel I was able to get one within 30 minutes of asking which is super quick response time, the parcel arrived and it was packaged with such care I was very impressed, this company always looks after the customers and will definitely order again in the future
